It looks like you just took the original stock and smudged it a bit. Also, I think it needs more effects.
The blue on the left and right bottom corners should be red and the lighting is a bit too bright.

Kindom Hearts 3 is my number one by far, Super Smash Brothers Brawl comes in close behind, and I HATE every single Legend of Zelda so I don't anticipate it.
The quality is really bad, try going onto Imageshack and upload it at a smaller size. Also from what I can see the hair looks good, but the eyes seem like you just drew a wierd shape, saved room room for a white dot, then colored it in black.

What are you talking about it's amazing, at least it's better than mine, All you should do to the original to make the color match him a little bit more is... Copy Visible, Paste, New Layer. Change foreground color to a dark blue, and background color to a light blue. Filters > Colors > Map > Gradient Map. Then I think it'll look a bit better.
