I like the B&W one better because the red on V.1 is too random, because the render isn't really red at all. Maybe if you put a gradient over him he'll look better, but that's just my opinion.

It's okay, but the render is blurry. You can fix that by sharpening it up. You should also work on blending the render, because it's just randomly there. The text neds to be blended too. That would make it look better and not like it was just plopped right on.
Flooding is against the KH-Vids way so please do not do it.

The 2nd to last one is the best because the colors are most subtle on that one. Other than that do what DJ says, he's 100% right.
