He means a battle warp like warping to 1000 heartless battle but then warping to saix's battle.

Final Xemnas is a hard one to hack, even his battle and stuff, the coders cant seem to get a full party there, and we all know that coding is really REALLY HARD. and even that can't be happend yet, try to imagine.
