Would that then hide the original layer?

Does anybody know how to make a photo transparent by the outline? On Photoshop Elements 7 to be specific. I'm trying to make a .png transparent of this: Spoiler and this Spoiler I forgot how. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I would NEVER play BBS on Critical Mode. That's ****ing suicide.
Yup. On beginner, you need 13 trophies to unlock it. After you play the game once, Critical Mode is unlocked, and all you have to do to get the secret movie on Critical Mode is just beat the game.
