Kurumu's tension seemed to let down when he heard the strange looking man speak. His odd gentleness; something about it reminded her of Tsukune. She lowered herself onto the ground, ridding her appearance of everything that made her look like a monster. "We are almost like vampires. Folk stories portray us as a temptress of lust. I feed, or, I used to at least, feed off the life force of men. That's in my past though. There is now only one person I care for and I will never take his life." She then moved her attention to Tifa, realizing that she always needed to keep her guard up. Todd could barely make out what was going on in the distance. Slowly, he took quiet steps to hear what was going on. His razor was pulled out of his side holster as it made a small noise when he unfolded it.
"Let's go," Ryoko nodded as she kicked off of the ground and took the lead as they ran on the roof. They were running opposite of the crowd, making Ryoko think of her own family and if they were okay. Her parents were probably helping make sure that there is no panic outside of the village. She now had to do her part. "You see anything," Ryoko called back to Tetsuya as they hurried to get to where they agreed to go.

Angel Beats is one of the best animes I've seen, as is The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. I highly recommend these. High School of the Dead is stupid, but is a guilty pleasure. And did you see the second season of Sekirei? The story got a whole lot better and it cut down on the fan service.

Kurumu looked down at the girl who was challenging her. She floated down, trying to get a better look at her. To be on the defensive, her nails grew to become very large claws. It had been a while since she was involved in a fight, but it had been even longer since she fought someone with a weapon. She was used to hand-to-hand combat against other monsters. -Fields- A black hole appeared above the trees in the fields, spitting out a blue haired succubus, dressed in a bright, school uniform. She had been on her way to Yokai Academy before being transported into this strange world, falling into the fields. To prevent a rough landing, she summoned her wings, which also revealed her devilish tail. To any bystander, she appeared to be an attacker, but they were far from the truth. "Crap," Kurumu said to herself, "This wasn't where I expected to be this morning." She was floating in the sight of Lightning and the others. Hundreds of feet away, seemingly unnoticed, another dark portal appeared in the darkness. Out stepped was the cold hearted barber known as Sweeney Todd. He remembered sending another one of his victims down his chair and into the basement, when he was drawn into the darkness by some unknown force. Sweeney noticed a group of onlookers, their backs turned to him, as he reached to see if one of his silver razor blades were in the holster on his hip.
