    Karina received 17 EXP.
    Kel received 8 EXP.
    Luna received 3 EXP.
    Base received 8 EXP.
    Steel received 17 EXP.

Halting in his tracks, Krowley was forced to turn and stop Karina and Kel from drifting off. Base and Steel seemed willing, but if he wanted to keep everyone in line, he would need their assistance. Not just to defeat some unknown monster, but to keep them away from Vanitas. "He's baiting you!" he shouted out to the two. It seemed to have caught their attention as they were still within earshot.

"Think about it... If Vanitas wanted a fight, he would have taken us all down right here and now, but he didn't! He's been narrowly avoiding us at every turn. I-It's as if he wants to guide us to success or failure! And we can't help but follow him for the safety of others. If we all follow him, it's a fifty, fifty chance of my theory being right. But if we don't stop whatever threat is here, do you know what the odds will be?" he paused to give them a miniscule chance of answering. But to be honest, it was more rhetorical, than anything. "Still fifty, fifty...and there are nearly ten strangers who are willing to risk their lives too see if I'm right." He paused once more to see if the logic would sink in as he caught his breath from an adrenaline fueled heart. His heart was still heavy at the sudden decisions he had to make. His whole life he had been following orders and doing what others asked him of. Since his journey into the past, he had been taking charge more often and was still unfamiliar with it. But comfort or not, he needed to keep everyone withing good reach to lend a helping hand.

"We have more to lose if we don't fight. He'll be there when we're done, I can promise you that... As to whether you get your shot at him, I don't know. I want him to pay as much as anyone, but we both need to sort out our priorities..." He began to go once again tot he ballroom, but slowed down in acceleration. He wasn't in any place to make people's decisions for them. Heck, he was surprised he got this much subordination already! And with that in mind, he let out a short sigh and spoke out again. This time more reasonably. "Do what you need to do. But don't do them for your own personal reasons. Do them for the right ones..." He had said what he needed to, and once again made a dash to the door. Whether they responded was there call, but he had to let their hearts lead them.

    Krowley received 22 EXP.

    Basic agreement with this.
And by basic, I mean literal. And by literal, I mean "What the heck, I was just about to type that out, and here it is in a nicely pre-written structure."

With lack of gaining abilities through level up or event, the game forces you to meld commands with materials to get the desired results. It's still unlocking abilities, but through a way that I just didn't find all that entertaining. Birth By sleep is still amongst my top 3 KH games, but when it comes to the ability system, I favor the console system over the portable.

Surprised there wasn't already a thread on this already, but "Frozen" is the given title to the next upcoming animated film from Walt Disney Studios. Very little is known on the film, other than it's loose adaptation on the "The Snow Queen." (a fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen)

The film is set to release on November 27th 2013.

    VOICE CAST
Kristen Bell as Anna, a member of a royal family
Idina Menzel as Elsa, the Snow Queen and Anna's elder sister
Jonathan Groff as Kristoff, a mountain man, who owns a reindeer Sven
Josh Gad as Olaf, a snowman
    Santino Fontana as Prince Hans
Alan Tudyk as as the Duke of Weselton

More or less, my opinion on the matter. Though the Kingdom Hearts X (Chi) release date has me skeptical and unsure. Namely if it will be released outside Japan.

Here are some past new threads on the matter, including the renaming, words from Nomura, and gameplay.

    Digimon Burst

    BURST

    • The Real world
Keeping with the young digidestined trend, you will all be high school children. This is to make bonding with your digimon harder since it's more difficult to digivolve them with age. (May or may not be true, but it also depends on the person) The year is locked in at 1995. Four years before the initial seven visited File Island in Digimon adventure. For a quick bit of history. It was around this time that the giant Greymon and Parrotmon were seen fighting in Japan. This prequel explains the event revolving around that, but that will be saved for later. All you need to know is that your character is in High School, and you are scheduled to go on a school trip today.
Quick Note; Since the year is 1995, don't pull out anything that was invented or used afterword. (Ex; iPhones, Netflix, 9/11, etc.)

      "The Trigger"
"The Trigger" is my definitive word for the event that sends the kids into the digital world. In this variation, it will happen during a citywide field trip to the recently finished Akiyoshi Tower; A TV and communication platform that will boost area wide signals. (Tribute to the series creator Akiyoshi Hongo) After some tampering with a fuzzy signal accompanied by a lightning strike, all students will be transported into the digital world.

    • The Digital World
As this is the first recorded event of a group of children, things will obviously be hard to understand and cope with the first time around in the digital world. For starters, the four main baddies will be introduced off the bat, but not all in one go. These four are known as "The O-Megas." Four powerful and ruthless dictators of the digital realm. These four aren't like the Dark Masters, oh no. They are one of the first major threats to the digital and human world. In fact, their power is revealed early on, and it's any wonder why they have yet to destroy you upon contact. ore on that later...

      Digivices
Since this is a prequel, don't expect digivices when you enter. The digital world is still fairly new and it won't stop it's natural system to make you devices that makes things easier. Starting from scratch, digivolving your digimon will rely on you and not your digivice. It's only until later on where the "D-0 Digivice" is made and given to provide the necessary boost for the stronger stages of digivolution

      Crests
With 10 digidestined, I have planned for you, 3 major Digimon arcs. Each proving your skill as a person and bond with your Digimon. While in season one, there was only 1 type of crest, this story has 3 that reflect other season of digimon. Trait, Element, and Beast (Not in that order)
Certain crests allow you to administer special abilites and forms of digivolution. With the Crest of tenacity recently added to the already existing 9, the way each crest is found and works will be revealed in time. The three types are Trait, Element, and Beast. While The Trait and element crests are selected from a pool of choices, The Beast crest is free for you to choose.

    • Digimon
      Like Most Digimon roleplays, your Digimon's evolution line will consist of the 6 basic forms of evolution;
Fresh, In-Training, Rookie, Champion, Ultimate, and Mega. Knowing this, you will see your digimon grow, as you first meet him or her in the egg state. Basically, you're in it together for the long run. The rate at which your digimon will be able to digivolve depends on factors like, resonance between yourselves, willpower, energy, etc. There will be a level system of sorts that decide when your Digimon can digivolve. You, as a Digimon partner, also posses a level that can grant you abilities when needed.
Your Digimon has 3 attacks starting from Rookie Onward (Fresh has 1 very useless attack and In-Training has one or two fairly weak attacks)
One of these 3 attacks MUST be a melee of sorts. Something like Scratch, Claw attack, Tackle, stuff like that

    • 1) No digivolving your digimon until it's time has come to digivolve. There will be a sort of level system that determines when your digimon is ready to digivolve. (This includes hatching) It is determined by battle experience, understanding, and bond shared with your digimon.

      2) No God modding.

      3) Shun the person who breaks rule 2. SHUN THEM, I SAY!

      4) Keep it PG-13

      5) Like I said earlier, your character starts of sans Digivice, digimon, tags, or crests. Those will be awarded to you at the appropriate times...

      6) if it didn't exist before summer 1995, you don't know what it is.

These goody goody light followers had just spontaneously appeared and began chatting amongst themselves as if Vanitas wasn't even there. The nerve! His plan originally called for subduing the 4 keybladers he caught leaving Lady Tremaine's manor. The plan was slightly altered when he saw two more girls join the group. Altered, but still executable. And now, thanks to some magic using light user, he had at least another dozen to deal with. If only he could use his true power... He would obliterate them all. But alas, orders are orders,as much as he resented to admit.

Counting mentally from left to right, he managed to get a head count of fourteen. This would require more observational stalling. Some looked like they were getting restless, others more confused on their arrival, than Vanitas himself. Of the group, he had previously only seen six or so from previous worlds. The rest were all new to him, and for that he didn't care. At this point, he had two options. The first, contain the group and knock them out. This would be simple enough, were he not on a time limit. the second... divide them. Lucky for him, a loud bell was echoing through the halls. It was midnight.

    Meanwhile, in the Ballroom...

The bell sounded twelve, signalling it was now midnight. Cinderella's head turned to the large clock that was mentally telling her it was time to go! "Oh... My goodness! It's midnight!" She had only gotten there, and already, she had to leave this fantasy wonderland. \"Yes, so it is," the prince replied, confused.
    "But why--"
"Good-bye!" Cinderella picked up her dress and dashed for the exit. Remembering Fairy godmother's words, the spell would be broken at midnight, and she couldn't stand the prince seeing her in her most unworthy form. "Wait! Come back! Please come back!" The prince yelled, chasing after her. It was a sad dight to see these two star-struck lovers separate, but this was the cost Cinderella payed for such fortuitous luck.

Cinderella ran out of the ballroom, yelling back; "I'm sorry!" Rushing through the now open gates, she fled through the door and ran down the the palace staircase.
In one swift movement, her glass slipper falls off. She turned around to go back for it, but the Grand Duke, and his guards were coming.
"Mademoiselle! Senorita!" As much as it pained her, she turned and continued to run, choosing not to look back and hopefully get home before her family. "Wait!" the duke insisted, as he chased after her. His legs were thin, but he shimmied down the steps as fast as he could to catch the prince's maiden. she was the only one that the prince took interest in, and who knows what the king would do to him if he let her flee without so much as a name.

Vanitas and the other wielders nearby were standing in witness of the events that were currently unfolding. This gave Vanitas the perfect diversion he needed...

Not good, Krowley thought to himself. He could see that she had caught Vanitas' interest, and from what little he knew of this world, his initial theory was that she could very well be a princess of heart. What other reason would Vanitas want with her? With all the new reinforcements, he grew more confident in their ability to stop him (or at least diverge him long enough for her to get out of his reach)

Before he could boldly confront him, screams were heard from inside the ballroom from the rest of the guests. Krowley paused and turned as the kingdom's citizens were now fleeing the corridor from some unknown threat. The Grand Duke, still fixated on the slipper that the woman left behind, turned in worry. The King would have his head if anyone was hurt. Cries of "monster" and "demon were heard as all the denizens fled as quickly as possible.

in this time, Vanitas used this small distraction as part of his initial diversion, but would have to come up with more along the way. "Well isn't this quite a bond you're in?... Save the people, or save the girl?" He chuckled, as he summoned his keyglider and fled outside, presumably after the girl...

    his mind told him to go after the masked boy and MAKE him answer Krowley's questions, but his heart... his sentimental heart couldn't just let these people be attacked. He needed to stay behind and keep them safe. He knew he could trust most of this group to do their best in keeping the princess safe. He could rendezbous with them once the unknown creature was defeated. He wanted to say all this, but facing the dozen faces, his mouth was dry. What would he say? Something inspirational? Something to earn their trust? He just didn't know. As his mind began to over think again, another woman's scream, made the words flow out exactly as he wished them to;
"I don't know all of you, but I'm sure you've done your best to get this far. Right now I ask you to give that effort once more." No one seemed to be against him yet. "I'll need help from a few of you to deal with this, the rest, while the rest helped the princess." He scanned the group for a few volunteers that he knew wouldn't argue against his judgement. "Base, Karina, Kel, Steel, you're with me." Each chosen party member had been with him at one point in his journey or the other. Kel was met in Deep jungle, Karina in Dwarf Woodlands and Base, most recently. Steel was the black sheep in this case, but he looked capable in keeping his own. "The rest of, go help her!" he quickly said, dashing off to work.

Would they even listen to him? He hoped their hearts were in the same mindset as him...

As you know, I plan a lot of fun features for the future of SOS to make battles more exciting. Problem is, I think I'm adding too much to the game and over complicating it. I made this poll to see what players favor.

    Command Styles (Level ??)
    - Using the power of elements, Magic as well as other elemental attacks are empowered
    - Along with elemental resistance and Damage boost, they give slight boost stats until the style ends.
    - Cannot be use with Jobs

    D-Links (Level ??)
    - Using D-Links replaces your Abilities, Command Styles, Skill Commands, Jobs, and summons with that of the person you have made a connection with. You are just basically only allowed to use that Character's sole abilities.
    - D-Links also utilize powers from the Members of Organization XIII! Though The Organization hasn't even formed yet, Their Data is saved and free to battle against in order to earn their Connection link. (Each Organization member has only 10 moves)

    Drive Forms (Level ??)
    - Using Drive Forms, empower certain stats and offer new abilities to perform through certain fighting styles. (I question keeping this as it is essentially the same as the job system. Even certain command styles render this add on useless)

    Job System (Level ??)
    - Implementing Different Jobs to switch into battle with
    - Each Job has 10 exclusive Skill Commands/Abilities as well as Stat Strengths/Weaknesses
    - To gain a Job, you must defeat a Final Fantasy Protagonist or complete a certain requirement.
    - Cannot be used with Command Styles
    - Over 10 Jobs Confirmed!

I'm fairly certain you only have 2. Whatever you would have gotten from level 10 doesn't exist because players get such a huge stat boost anyways.

EDIT - I realised only after I did the stat changes,

Gilgamesh can still work even without the weapons from Star Wars/Marvel. I always pictured him showing up in the "Sword in the Stone" world. In some of the Final Fantasy games, he is known for collecting swords, and I'm sure he'd love to get his multiple hands on the Excalibur of that world.

I really wouldn't want either franchises in the Kingdom Hearts series. Marvel and Star was themselves are already expanded universes that wouldn't work due to conflicting themes and while Sora is known to lend a hand, there are some places he shouldn't visit just to please some fans.

I'm fine with the classic Disney worlds. I think adding Marvel or Star wars characters into the mix would kind of ruin the atmosphere the series has set for itself. Albeit the tron Legacy and Pirates of the Caribbean worlds look strange as they are based off the character's actors.
In a way, Kingdom Hearts s fairly similar to Star Wars anyways. Keyblades are to Lightsabers, as Keyblade wielders are to Jedi. Nomura loves star wars and has featured several homages in the series, including Mark Hammil as Eraqus and Xemnas with the ethereal blades.
