Granted, he wasn't as quick, but he could keep up... Probably... If he tried... In all honestly he had no idea how fast he was realistically. Aiden was fast from what he;d seen in previous classes, and this would seem like cake to him. But to lex, it's just class. Extra credit was that extra mile he didn't want to go for because he was lazy. He was fine with admitting that to himself, but aiden was the energetic, competitive type, and Lex would rather not deal with that begrudged hatred he would receive if they failed. He lined himself up at the starting gate, recalling the events of each stage from his viewpoint earlier. Phase 1: The first 100 meters are just a straight forward track. Nothing but harmless running. Phase 2: The next 50 meters would have electrical fencing. They were basically dangerous hurdles to jump, but Coach got a kick out of watching kids stun themselves. Phase 3: Next 100 meters are AI obstacles. Manufactured opponents built to stall you. Equipped, they have metal discs fired at you from all sides. At least five pounds by the shape and school approved usage. 5 pounds doesn't sound like it would hurt, but fired at you at 60 miles an hour will definitely hurt. Phase 4: At the 250 meter mark, there is a rock wall to climb. 20 meters in height, and when you cilmb down the other side, the rendium filled part of the course begins... Phase 5: After climbing the rock wall, the next 150 meters are all traps. Designated switches on the floor that would eject you backwards, trap you in a dug pit, or just have you stuck in some sort of liquid trap. Phase 6: The final 100 meters of sprinting again, but this time, the track moved against you. Like a treadmill, the 100 meter track could move forward or backward on command. That doesn't sound like it would be a bad thing, but try walking on a plain that twerks back and forth. This was Kreuger's favorite part of the course, as he would get most of the students to flail and fall over. As far as Lex could tell, jumping could help in this area, but he was never sure. E-class never got this part of the course. The automated system began it's countdown to the test's ignition. "The test will begin in 30 seconds. Students have exactly 5 minutes to clear the obstacle course. The first two hundred and fifty meters shall be Rendium free, but the second half you will be exposed. Remain alert and do not cease until the buzzer sounds or you have crossed the finish line. The test will begin in 10... 9... 8... 7.. 6... 5... 4.. 3.. 2.. 1.. START." Kreuger clapped his hands as Lex and Aiden left the starting gate. "Wooooo! come on kids, the computer gave you extra 2 minutes, so make me laugh!"

With each sidewinder, the carriage's original pumpkin form began to give shape. Cinderella too, was also reverting back to her tattered dress. While Luna made her commands, the carriage had finally hitten it's breaking point, to where the wheels had evaporated. The carriage had thankfully reached the residence in time though. As the pumpkin broke into distorted pieces of broken vegetable, Cinderella had stepped out seconds early to avoid it collapsing on her. The dream was now over, and the returned forms of her dress had confirmed it. The pink rags she was left in had returned, and to make matters worse, she spotted her stepmother's carriage out front. Her family was already home. The young woman gave a gulp and swallowed her pride. Perhaps they hadn't known of her earlier venture. Maybe she wasn't in trouble. Regardless, she was going to have to face them anyways. With a heavy heart, she passed the four and nodded her head. She had no idea of Vanitas and the precautions they took, but they helped her get their and back, and for that, she was grateful. "I-I'm sorry. I just forgot about everything... even the time. But it was so wonderful. and he was so handsome, and when we danced-" Cinderella was now simply reflecting on all the good that happened tonight instead of the bad. "I'm sure the prince himself couldn't have been more... more..." she gave a small chuckle. "Oh well, it's over," she looked down to her feet and realized that the glass slippers she wore were still intact. Well, at least one of them, since the other had been left back at the castle. "Thank you.. For all you've done," she finished off. She stepped through her front door, and returned to her routine life leaving the group outside. What were they to do now? As if on queue, twinkles of light began to surround them, meaning the Fairy Godmother was to make her appearance. And soon enough, their she appeared, out of thin air.

Krowley pressed on with a loyal group he could now count on. Wether they chose to be befriended or not. The group of five was also very well balanced in terms of fighting style. Karina and Kel were strong, with a lot to offer offensively. From what he could see, he noticed that Steel was quick, already ahead of him on their way to the room. Base, whom he only encountered recently, was a good and reliable mage. Despite his lanky apparel, Krowley went the defensive route. Back in his academy, several people thought he was more suitable through speed or magic training, but he insisted that he wanted to go the route that best protected people. As the group approached the ballroom, Krowley gave a quick scan around. The last of the people passed him by atop the final staircase and the room was now empty, only being able to hear the echoes of their footsteps along the marble floor. where was this creature? All he could hear was the band playing. As the violin continued it's soft sound, he paused a few steps in front of the center of the room, to give a quick 360 turn around to see what they were referring to. Was the enemy invisible? Had it already left yet at Vanitas' command? While these thoughts roamed his head, another disturbing thought entered his mind. He had just seen all the guest leave past him on their way to the room. The grand Duke had even shouted that for the guards to make sure everyone was out. If that was the case., why was there still music? Surely the band was gone... "Where's the music coming from?" he hesitantly asked. He jerked his head upward in time to see that the violin was now cut off. A second of peace was heard before a trumpet, drums, and violin floated from above the royal viewpoint above. The instruments had emerged from the royal seating area just below where the keyhole was sealed. The instruments haunted the group as it began to circle them while still playing their lamented tune. An explosion of darkness appeared in front of the ballroom doors, causing them to shut, virtually trapping them inside. The explosion cleared to reveal a large symphony instructing unversed. It resembled a marching band instructor and even had it's own baton to control the instruments. Darkness began to surround it as it chaotically waved the baton around, beckoning the instruments to his side. Meanwhile, in the forest... The group decreased down to eight, as they glided alongside Cinderella back home. Slowly, her dress and the pumpkin were beginning to revert back to their previous forms, before the fairy godmother worked her magic. With four in the front and four in the back, they were safely securing her withing a circular radius, covering north, east, south, west, and the four direction in between. Alongside the carriage, came another that passed at an alarming rate.Cinderella tried to hide her face in recognizing that it belonged to Lady Tremaine. As the carriage caught up alongside it, Lady Tremaine and her daughter could be seen in a slow peripheral vision. Her stepmother had a wicked smile on her face, which never meant anything good. She looked straight ahead across from her daughters, not even acknowledging the odd sight of the keygliders beside her. As her daughters bickered bout the prince, she simply smiled as the carriage pulled a full throttle forward, passing the group. Cinderella sighed, but to make matters worse, another encounter occurred. As the group passed the first half of the forest, a magical barrier forged itself, causing Raisor, Eon, Beuce, and Shapur to crash into it, while the other four were still gliding Cinderella on the other side. The group of four was now locked into a forest zone with nothing they could do about it, and to make matters worse, a dark eruption sprung from the ground as an unversed showed itself... (OOC - Eon, Raisor, Shapur and Beuce have been awarded their money and EXP. The group has now been split in two. Many interviews popping up all over the place since Tetsuya Nomura's grand announcement of Kingdom Hearts 3. These interviews are mainly lumped alongside future titles such as Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMix, but it's exciting nonetheless. Today, it's Edge Online who managed to get a word from our god the creator himself. Not a lot is revealed here other than some insight on Nomura's point of view regarding E3 and the next generation of consoles. But if you're a die hard fan and enjoy hearing from Nomura, give it a read.

The Staff on this site contributed and shifted constantly.They had a few Administrators to run the show,Enough Moderators to keep things running,Designated Sectional moderators to keep things in check,and some Reporters to fulfill resource requirements.A bunch of fine cogs to keep the site moving. Like a clock.But no clock runs without a hitch or two. Before the site even hit a decade, select members began to call out staff members on their priorities with the site.Time and time again, had those members taken advantage of the absence of KHV's staff...Rallies of threads called "No Staff Online" were created in order to celebrate their absence. Eventually the common idea of running without government was installed into their minds.That the site could run off the members instead of the staff. There is only so much that a group of less then 20 could do to keep the peace and activity on a site.But they tried. Damnit, they tried...Being outnumbered 2,500 to one must have been pretty overwhelming.Surprised they lasted as long as they did. After the 45th thread in the year 2013, staff had had enough.Strict rules were put in place to avoid calling out the respected members of the community.The acting staff that summer had begun to question whether they were really needed.they had their own lives, and didn't need to put up with continuous reminders of them avoiding their responsibilities for a few hours or so. I would tell you their order of departure... But it's all too much of a blur.There are several rumors on their whereabouts though. Mixt and Miles resigned from the Recorder positions. With them, they deleted traces of their media contributions, virtually destroying the "Vids" in KH-vids.net Mike sadly left, but still keeps up with his fandubs and interviews on his other site. His main priority is to not have the KHV incidents repeat. Krowley's status is unknown. He never resigned and left his status as invisible. Clawtooth resigned during the third forum War. He traveled Europe for a while, Ienzo resigned, but not before closing the art section. She says there can be no art in such a nasty place. Kites resigned, but now writes Journalistic gaming pieces elsewhere. Llave resigned in pursuit of other forums. He deleted his account in sadness. Libregkd resigned and went off to play his games... He seems well. Mish and Forsaken resigned, but live happily elsewhere. It pained them to see the forum go to the parasites. Peace and War still continues the Podcast alone. Though no one ever listened to it since it's run by staff. He believes he can still reach the people. What? resigned and focused on his studies. He posted many adorable anime GIFs on his final day as staff. Plums took the writing section with him when he left. He literally just downloaded all the contents and deleted the section. Stardust resigned, but still roams the internet. Much of her saucy fanfictions on HTTYD and Star Trek are written on other sites. Much of it is unsuitable for children. The only clean stories she write regard Kingdom Hearts. Jayn resigned and took her all the music with her. Only dubstep remains... Chevalier was the last Mod to resign. Though he never officially resigned, he left the sight with little intention of returning until things changed. RVR is believed to have resigned and invested all his money into Anime figurines and online Gaming. Misty is said to have hidden herself away within the rules section. The only place the members don't go to anymore. She still keeps the site running and checks in once a week to update and keep it alive. She just hates looking at what it's become... The future of the website is now baron and bleak.Seriously.It's like a Youtube comment section in there.Everyone goes to the spam section and just picks on several different things. Several members are now miserable.A site that once rejoiced for Kingdom Hearts become the deformed offspring of trolls and lacked censors.And it was all because they celebrated the fact that there was NO STAFF ONLINE (I wrote this with no sense in mind. I'm just avoiding something for the next 12 hours)
