AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA Jelly. I bet Genesis games look so good on that, even though that's not its purpose. NO, its purpose is far greater.
He's nearby though, right? Like, relatively speaking.
My favorite boss battle of all time? Hm..... HEY, YOU'RE NOT A HUMAN ARE YOU? I love this boss fight. It's fun, it's challenging, and it's always surprising you. Everything you think you can do, you can do. It's kind of a good surmise of the entire game. Spoiler: Runners up Prince Vorkken Demon Lord Ghirahim Vamp The Koopa Bros Kraid Meta Ridley Magus Ganondorf
Variable mixing doesn't even make sense as a term for this... Usually it's just "dynamic music," or "dynamic visuals," or whatever- you get the idea. It's basically using a song as an audio cue. I don't even understand why you'd call it variable mixing. The type of coding for this is similar to when something in the environment, like an enemy, is dynamic based on what the player is doing. But no, tons of games do this. From the recent Mario Kart 8 to the original Super Mario Bros. It's a very, very good design trick to make a player feel something as noticeable sound changes cause a direct reaction. The level music in Super Mario Bros speeding up causing the player to feel rushed. It turns the catchy, simple music into a fast beat after an alert cue. As Nova said, Metal Gear Rising does this to serve as multiple player cues. It means you're winning, it means you're at the final part of the boss fight, etc. Pandora's Tower doesn't change the music mid boss fight, but the final boss gets a different song pending on how you played and what changes about it is the character singing. The classic Shadow of the Colossus also changes music when you've indicated to the game you've figured out how to beat the boss.[DOUBLEPOST=1404935653][/DOUBLEPOST] Lissen, I'mma level with ya dude- CTTR and Rocket Power aren't exactly going to be the pinnacle of new ideas.
Best Superman/10.
I know you're being sarcastic, but Limbo's fun. I love the factory stages with the buzzsaws and the brush work shadow effects on everything.
Spec Ops: The Line was like one of the best games of the seventh gen. Probably worth it on its own, honestly.
Exxxxactly. It hit Rome, which is far from both you and Plums. We all got pretty lucky, and I don't even think it hit population?
Yeah, very big. It hit a town that's about fifteen minutes away from me (PHEW) and isn't Mike from the city? We're very far from the city yo. Fearless and I can go five minutes in any direction and probably end up in a field of cows.
How big do you think New York is?
I coped with the idea of a tornado running through my world by going to sleep. I lived. This is what I'll do whenever I'm given life threatening news.
I lived.
People are still finding out about the hat thing?
It was like that here around six, but then I got a tornado warning. Oh man, it's going for Syracuse? That's highly populated. We'll all be safe if it hits that area, but man that's scary for those people. Luckily, they have the university, the stadium, and many places to seek shelter and evacuate if need be.
They should all be out of range. New York is pretty big and they're in the city, while I'm in the center of the state. Fearless, and, yeah, maybe Plums (can't hurt, right?) need well wishes the most. Imma go out how I lived. Making fun of people on the internet and playing games. Today is Banjo.
And I live in a trailer. Scale of 1-10, how fast am I going to die?
You guys remember when Ben would kill to play Infinite?
...
Water or bug types. Do I have to nerf myself for noobie trainers, or can I wipe them out with Scizor or Gyarados.
