the only voice code is a voice mod which changes a persons voice ingame to sound like another persons voice, however, I've nerver seen or heard of a code that mutes a characters voice nor do I know if such a code is possible through hacking sorry to say.:/

it's not skiping frames, I chose a certain selection of frames from the vid an chose inf loop so what it's basicly doing is swiching from the last frame to the first frame over and over that's what a gif does is loop over and over in an inf loop.:/
