    Surprised to hear good things about it, not just from you, but from a critic site whose opinion i trust. they say it's okay, but not great.

    Still opted to see Lincoln though. Good Christ, that final act. ; ;

    Yes, and granted, not a lot of people have done the same. A few have though. But, because there are those that didn't follow that, does that give you the right to follow their example? You sometimes need to give respect to earn respect.

    Dear Christ...

    I'm one of the people who don't care much for the Hunger Games novels. I think it was a interesting idea, but it was poorly constructed (as well as poorly written) by the author, Katniss was basically Bella from Twilight with a bow and arrow, and she does not grow as a character. And yet, I am in the minority in the opinions on the Hunger Games. People keep telling me that they think it's awesome, and you know what I say to them?

    Unless it's an intelligent discussion about the books, I say nothing. I don't just go up to random people who wear their merchandise and say "haha, the books are so terrible". They are entitled to their opinion as I am to mine. I know I can never change their opinions, as well as I know nothing can change mind. If I constantly tried to, or make immature jokes, it makes me look bad as a person.

    tl;dr: respect opinions, yo!

    I fell very behind in NaNoWriMo. I was lucky that I completed my notes that I made up for my story or else I would've dropped out. I didn't do any writing in the hospital and it took me a while to get back into the mood for writing. Last year, I fell behind, but I made it with two days to spare. I'm hoping the same happens here.

    I've been meaning to join for some time.

    Username : tummer

    Family Member/Title : The Frantic Storyteller

    Personality : I'm usually a shy person when I'm in a new environment, but if I'm with friends I can be spastic. I'm also a bit reserved around everybody, which has basically caused me to be afraid of people.

    Literary Arts Specialty : Story writing, specifically fantasy. I also seem to have a good amount of romance in my stories, probably because I'm a hopeless romantic.

    Anything else you'd like to share? : I really have a passion for writing and telling all kinds of stories. I keep try to create something original and add my own twists to something "over done" or "cliche".

    Now, I'm not a huge fan of the Star Wars movie. I think they're fun, but I didn't rage over the prequels like a lot of fans do. So, when Episode VII was announced, I stayed neutral about it? That being said, I'm now excited for this movie. This guy is behind two of my favorite films from the last decade, and bringing someone like him into a franchise like this could only mean good news.

    What do you guys think?

    Haven't seen the Wizard of Oz since I was a kid, so I don't have a solid opinion on the idea. That being said, this was a movie I've been following for a while when I heard that Sam Rami was directing and Zach Braff (Scrubs, Garden State) was getting a role in the film. Not much of the plot seems revealed, but it has enough to get you interested. And it's better than just releasing a poster then months later getting an expansion of the same poster. :/
