I think its the darkness in his heart reforming, since he was once a heartless. I can imagine becoming a heartless and going back would leave quite a bit of darkness in your heart. Plus, it could be that since Sora is technically still heartless Sora since Roxas hasn't joined back with him yet. If we ever get to play as Sora in a future game, I bet Anti-Form will be mysteriously absent....
