I've been trying to get my residency for University of Houston to be state-resident, since I accidentally filled something out wrong apparently when applying, and about a week ago I got an email from someone saying to give them a note or whatever with a person from the Registrar's Office so they can call, or give them the receipt from my last semester. I emailed them the receipt, since I thought it'd be the simpler way, and I just got an email with them saying "No sir, you must send us the note with the Registrar's name and phone number". Don't tell me I can send you a receipt if you're just going to send me an email saying I completely did something wrong a little while later. If I could I would show them the first paycheck I got from Target and be like "Does this look like it's less then a year old?" Because I started working at Target only 2 months after moving to Texas, and it's been nearly 2 years since then
Seeing that trailer I'm a little more interested since it has a bit more of a story in that trailer
Well, now your next goal can be 6789, or 7777
How long does it usually take for you to do something, make a new page, and find out that things are being stupid and you just want to tear it apart? Because that's been the last 2 hours for me today just trying to do my "About Me" page for Wednesday. Hell, I still have to somehow put in a paragraph about myself, which I gave up on doing third-person for even it seemed like the best idea. Now I still need to figure out how to put my picture and contact info, and if I'm going to put in a contact form where to put that. You know the best part? I decided to do this in Dreamweaver because I thought it'd be fun, but apparently one of the department heads for the Digital Media course I'm taking teaches a class later on and he makes it a necessity to use Muse for the design.....it's not fair, I like working with code, even if it's a giant pain at times
Been listening to this for the past hour and a half or so while doing my school work. Certainly makes it easier to concentrate
Except for the one who comes out with less scars and no black eye in comparing to the other person. I'm pretty sure that qualifies as a win
There were flash flood warnings but nothing happened in the Katy/Richmond area, which is where I am.
I wouldn't say "slammed". Most people here freak out over a little bit of rain, we just had some lightning and hard rain where I live, no hail. I personally found it to be incredibly fun to have
Wow, five posts without a single song. I'm impressed
No thanks, I gotta work on my website
I use this for my LP, not my normal account. The other one is for AMVs and whatever else https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNVT_dvBkjOm6WWCVQInsYw
Did I have a link to my LP videos somewhere I didn't know about?
At 20 years of age my retirement 403(b) has only half the money in it than I have in my whole savings after working at the YMCA for only 8 months
They're completely horrible if you ask me, but you can always look at the videos I managed just to see what I managed and if that's what you are looking for or not. There's a few problems, but the first LP is always a little iffy.....but mine is more likely because of my scatterbrain XD and not fully understanding the technology yet Also, I would just like to point out, look around your room where you plan on doing the let's plays. It's best to have all your stuff near each other and possible to connect them. My desktop is technically right next to my tv and game systems, but the cord itself can't reach the desktop, so I'd need to use my laptop anyways, so try to plan out where you'd have everything and what can fit. If you need, there's always cables to extend reach, but see what you can do first before buying cables that you might not need. Where are you outlets? Are they close enough you can use? If not, and you're using a laptop, will the laptop be fine with battery use? How much do you plan on recording at once?
