Vexen slammed against the corner of the hallway. Dazed, he only just raised his shield in time to block a stab. But the sword gouged a hole into the metal and wood, missing his uninjured shoulder by a hair. He froze the floor of the hall, and pushed Sarxalis onto it so she slid into the main hallway, where there was more room.
Yeah..... Actually, he considers all of the Hunters his family, so technically anybody he would have an affair with would be incest. bleh... But seriously, though. Did they meet in a past life and decide to kill each other?
ooc: Limit Break, Limit Form...close enough. ooc2: okay, then, Xiron should be coming back pretty soon.

13533 See what I mean? I cry at like weird times. Course, it wasn't really when Dumbledore died that I cried, because he had it coming through the whole book. Yeah, I was kinda close to laughing during 300. And when what's-her-face overdosed and died, I was happy. There are just some moments when I get sad for no reason.
ooc: 2 days? KF, do you agree? bic: Vexen saw that he was losing this fight. He called upon a cold water spell that sent a jet into Sarxalis' chest, lifting her off her prey for an instant; just long enough for Vexen to escape her grasp.

13530 I'm not trying to sound tough or anything but I absolutely never cry anymore. I've gotten really close on some things, and the end of KH1 was one of them, for some reason. Another was Dumbledore's funeral. That was just plain sad. :(

She was knocked off her feet and onto the slippery ice.
Steam temporarily obscured his vision. As it cleared, he raised his shield to deflect a blow from Sarxalis, and sent icicle-like spikes of ice at her back.
Blood splattered from the wound he sustained sizzled on the floor and melted the frost. He clenched his teeth and grasped at his shoulder. Turning around to face Sarxalis once more, he shot a strong Blizzard spell at her.
ooc: Yes! Take that! That's why you don't leave for two weeks, Reap! bic: Vexen smiled and raised his shield, deflected the blow. The sound echoed around the frozen library. He proceeded to ram her back with it.

The old man appeared in the doorway. He was a frail figure, not very imposing, but for the bitter cold that proceeded him. Pages on the floor froze solid; the pool of blood from Zexion's fatal wound became red ice. He looked into Sarxalis' eyes, his gaze as freezing as the air. "The time has come, my dear." He said softly, in a drunken-like voice. He stretched forth his arm, and a blue shield appeared on his arm in a flash of light. Vexen prepared to fight.
ooc: Hurray for irony! bic: The old man sneered at the walls, the tapestries, the scattered furniture. He seemed to hate this place, as though it made him feel lowly. He turned abruptly down the last hallway to follow his target into the library.
I think I introduced Vexen pretty well. :D
A man walked calmly and quietly behind her. His hair was sleek and shoulder-length - blonde, almost white. His pale face was quite thin, his nose quite pointed. His teeth were straight and white. He seemed much taller than he truly was, because he was so thin and straight. His coat appeared gray, but it was hard to tell: it was extremely dirty. As he walked down the antechambers, rooms, and halls, mirrors frosted over, chairs turned icy cold, dew appeared on the solid ground, his footsteps left an icy crust. ooc: hey Kingdom-Fan!
