I personally really loved it. Very Hitchcock-ian. My advice is to see it with as little information as possible (think about all the promotion that went on with Psycho in 1960).
We just really talked about movies and how the human condition is involved. He gave us a few assigned movies to watch. We won't meet next week...
Has anyone else seen Side Effects? I really want to talk about it with someone... ;__;
Yeah, that's true. Thankfully, it seems like Film Appreciation is a class I'm going to enjoy.
Spoiler It's okay to not like something, y'know? There is plenty wrong with it.
Gee, I better start reading these books for class. God, this desk on my room is a complete mess. Might as well clear off the top. -10 minutes later- Well, I might as well gut out all the drawers now that I'm at it. It'll help me be organized. -45 minutes later- Okay. I found some books that I need to put away. And I don't need this printer that's on my shelves, so I might as well put it away. And hey, with all this extra room, I can put more movies on my shelves and organize my anime. -30 minutes later- Well, might as well work on my room now that I'm working. -30 minutes later- Well, crap, I have no time to study now. Oh well.
Can't wait to hear everyone.
Mmhmm, which is why I think my reading for sociology will be okay. Hopefully things will get easier as time goes on, but that's rarely the case. XD
Yea, yes it does. But thankfully, there's not too much to catch up on since it's just d beginning.
Haha, oh it is crazy. The twist at the end is easy to guess these days, but when it came out, it caught people off guard. Yep, but I also have to...
Haha, yep, and the toilet is actually important to the plot. XD Mmhmm. It gives me something to look forward go, and will most likely be the less...
Impressions? Favorite graphic novel? Favorite tv show? What book or comic would you want to see translated to a movie?
Really? It's one of my favorite films; it did a bunch of stuff that was before its time and helped craft modern horror movies. Plus, it was the...
Haha, it's fine, no worries. I've been reading through Alfred Hitchcock and the making of Psycho, so it's making me even more excited.
Uh, I haven't taken it yet. That's my one Friday class.
Haha, reminds me when I was in my script writing class. It was very relaxed, but we learns a lot. I hope you keep having fun.
That sounds cool. I would probably have a lot of fun in a class like that.
That sounds cool. If it was me, I'd probably do some horror movie type stuff, like the shower scene in Psycho. The girl is killed, but there is no...
Not really. He didn't really go into explaining it.
That's good. Gah, I'm so exhausted after today. I got most of my books for class, but I cower in fear at how much I have to read. XDX
