Really? The onlyl Gundam series I've seen is Gundam Wing, and this one. Gundam Seed/Destiny have really good Japanese songs though, from opening and endings, to add-ons. I have them all in full. The music is a reason for the popularity that it had. I even used a song for one of my videos, which is this one: That's where the first pic is from as well. I LUV that song =3. OOC: Since Naminé is going to appear, let this be Roxas frst meeting with her, as I hinted he didn't know of her existence yet xP, and that the Organization were trying not to let them meet for certain obvious reasons (though he had seen her a few times, like a ghost, yet blamed it on his imagination). And it'll be sweeter that way, building the relationship. Zexion went to summon his book right away, his mind set on a plan that might actually save this girl's life and save them all from being convicted of grievious aggravated assault by investigation. What he would do is get Naminé into this as soon as possible as he brings Devon in his room, or get her himself, and will have her perform some memory erasure by rechaining. The problem was, that she was only capable of controlling Sora's memories and anyone he meets or knows, connected to his heart. However, how Roxas is one and the same, very strongly, if he was concerned for what was happening to Devon, then it can create that connection needed. Hopefully, the kid was worried, as that will build up a friendship somehow. Which he was positive he will be or is. Then after the blonde girl was did the job asked of her, he will be calling the paramedics on the phone, saying that he found his friend in her room gravely injured. This won't be traced back to him with what he thought. They police will have no leads, because he will perform some illusion to cover the bloody scene until they can find a way to clean it. Vexen must have something in his room that will revert any trace of blood in the snow out, a experiment and liquid for everything. That would throw off forensics, nevertheless, he doubted it will get that serious. Never can be too cautious, though. Concentrating now with that ploy set in his head, he began to create the said illusion to use, the red snow disappearing in front of his eyes into white, as it was replaced by the setting that was clean before the fight started. That would have to do until this whole thing is taken care of. Making sure to fix a few screws and to really copy everything correctly in the background, which took a while, he finished, making his lexicon disappear when done. Zexion didn't waste any time going to pick up Devon as he hurriedly crouched on the ground, putting his arms under her body, not really wanting to do this. He despised getting dirty. But this female's life clock was ticking, and it would be horrible for them all if she died and Xaldin basically murdered her. Breathing out a little as he raised her up, carrying her Bridal style, he took a moment to make himself comfortable, before glancing around. To the naked eye, Axel , Larxene, and Roxas weren't there due to the illusion that hid them, yet as he could see right through his own power, he knew exactly where they were. It was like this that he headed in their direction, needing to explain the plot he had conjured up. Only what they need to know. Larxene scoffed angrily at Axel's questions of what was wrong. Oh, nothing was wrong. Absolutely nothing. It wasn't that he didn't show so much concern and care, even whispering the name of a fangirl he only met, oh, she didn't know, yesterday? Or that they had a obvious relationship that wasn't made clear yet, causing suspicion. That he was basically going to die for this...thing that was a female. Larxene didn't even bother to acknowledge his existence as he kept questioning, almost forgetting about his wounds because of her fury, and this damn feeling in her that somehow made her wish that girl did die. She was about to leave out of here, seeing as Zexion was taking care of the rat, and there wasn't much else to do. So wrapped up in her thoughts of smacking Axel and finish killing off that girl personally, that if it wasn't for a grunt and someone falling, she wouldn't have noticed anything. Looking over her shoulder, Larxene found that Axel had dropped on the frozen snow, perhaps trying to move, and was now attempting to get back up, when he was blatantly weak and bleeding. Guess he wasn't as fine as he made himself to be. She didn't go to him as she did before though, and instead, actually just stood there and watched, her bitterness overflowing any other feeling, even though she felt something inside clench violently, along with the very strong desire to help him. The worst was that her cloak had gotten some of Axel's blood on her, reminding her of the fact constantly, and not making it easier. She fought it, however, like a raging war. Her arms still crossed stubbornly, her eyes flickered to Axel, glimmering with many blue hues of signs and emotions, yet one of them was of nonchalance and coldness. The same need to go to him expanded on her body, and now even a ache in her chest was bothering her, yet she kept willing it back, still in a foul mood, and not going to give up to the urge. Frowning, she took her sight away from the redhead as it wasn't helping her, face still in a maddening expression, while she said acidly, her movements arrogant, "Help him up, Roxas, he was probably trying to reach for his girlfriend over there." "Larxe-" Roxas began, but stopped in surprise when he found her wrapped in a sphere of darkness coming from the bottom, the black covering her up slowly as if she was hesitating, but in a few remaining wisps, she was still gone. Just like that. His eyes rested on the spot where Larxene was a second ago, not believing she truly went off when Axel was severely wounded...though it was her last words that floated in his brain. Was she...was she actually envious? Jealous? Sure, Axel did show a, uh...high compassion for the girl to risk his life that way, but he was certain his best friend had known the girl for a long while of hanging out together enough to consider her a friend. And...it was still a life at stake, despite the fact that it can be taken as something more what with Axel's words and his stares. It wasn't like it was true yet, there was still no explanation. Roxas guessed is to be expected...Larxene was too strong in personality and too highly of herself to wait. Sighing, snapping back out of it, he stepped up to Axel as he bent down quickly, grabbing the man's arm to wrap around his shoulders, while his own arm ran across his back in turn, supporting him as Zexion was coming towards them with Devon in his hold. Sending Axel a nod, he carefully started to lift them up on a leveled pace, knowing that if Larxene did have feelings for Axel, she wouldn't last long in coming back to check when it finally gets to her. OOC: I told you I wouldn't be reluctant to let Larxene be mean :D.
OOC: The thing is, I've never really attacked any witness that's been on the stand, and if I ever did at one point that I don't know about, I obviously got that I can't do it. I never directly accused any of them either, but since this is popping up when we are having a conversation, I might think is directed at me. And while the Prosecutors are the hard balls, the Defense aslo, when having to prove someone innocent or so, get hard as well. If not more. I've seen many get passionate about their evidence and work, so it doesn't matter which side. And, of course, they don't accuse the witness, which goes back to what I mentioned above me: I don't do it. But while, yes, facts are the most important, the court looks at the witness and the defendants' emotions, train of thoughs, and motivation. Not needed, but just as important, and can be used againts anyone in trial as well, or to make a point clear. Some courts even lower the sentence they give because it was obvious from reaction that it wasn't as it seems to be. This is the reason why some criminals fake being remorseful, this is the reason why sometimes they are deemed mentally unstable, this is why some get off easier than expected, etc. So in the area of what Janexna is doing, she's allowed to question that. Things are to be tackled on all sides. Exactly. So where is the contradiction against the game that marked the novels to be seem as uncanon by you? (this is the main reason why we are having this here, and you still haven't really answered) Or the Phil scene? I know that you said if Nomura doesn't say is canon, it isn't, that they should be wary and all (and you do know, actually, that the manga is written by him? He's listed. Shiro Amano provides the illustrations, though I say the manga was a way for him to get out his own comedic and wild side), but what exactly went against what Phil explained to Sora if we get the same result? (unless, you're talking about the two different translations in the novels about Phil/Demyx). It doesn't really defy the testimony, as what happens in that unseen skip there after the Demyx meeting and before Phil goes unconscious is unknown. The only reason I brought the novels up is because one translation puts in the Nobodies, so they might have a hand in it...and it can changed to Assault on Phil By Proxy or something. But considering that this is faulty as well, since different translators depicted this scene differently, then we can discard it <--- that's what I was trying to dicuss IC with the prosecution, whether to take it or not, which is why Janexna put both. Guess we solved that OOC. And yeah, that works xP. Janexna's eyes twitched at Mr. Power's exclamation of Objection, in obvious disrespect. Did he just do that on her questioning right now? Which is not even allowed to anyway until the testimony is over with both witnesses? She swore, that pokémon was asking for her heel to dig into his furry a** to shut him the hell up permanently. She got chided on when she started before the testimony, and she didn't understand why in the world did the Pikachu kept getting away from acting they way he did. Not to mention, his whole point of disruption was useless any way because they were talking before the battle, and Demyx didn't have "Reflect" either. Idiot, Janexna thought only half-angrily, hoping Sora will continue and ignore the half pint.

As I said, there was a rift between those two scenes, and anything in that time could've gone on. That's what I'm looking for, where does it show against it? I'm not asking for anything else. Which is why I can't see why the novels should be discounted, not that they are really needed. As we all agreed, Phil gets knocked out anyway. And if that's the case, there's also FM+ with added extra scenes and Demyx referring to the Absent Silhouettes. Is the same with Sora's thoughts and motivation. That's not in the game. You can guess by reaction, sure, though is not precisely given. If a attorney senses a contradiction or needs more info, they will ask for it. It will be the same with Demyx. In fact, real attorneys are more harsher than what I'm doing now, to the point where they intimidate extremely. They even walk around and point and make a presentation. Is the job. I'm here to defend the Org., not be against them, and thus, is in my power to follow that. Though when it seems fair is fair, is to be left alone. I don't even know where those two long paragraphs came from, to be honest (and I don't think I was here at that time, cause I surely don't remember reading anything of the sort). But since we're apparently on the topic now, I would like to point out that from reading, even a few posts back recently, that you're using your characters and calling out Janexna and Xelax out through them as if they are in the wrong. While it might not be in agreement with the rest, it doesn't mean that is the pure fact of the problem, and that we are making the Organization appear innocent just because you have it that they should be guilty. I would've ignored it, after all, is a character's opinion, but I've been noticing is been going on for while. If I misinterpreted that, I would like to know...
OOC: As for the novels coming out, they are suppose to, but it keeps being held back. Nomura does not have to say the novels are canon for them to be, because the reason of their creation in the first place was to provide extra canon scenes that we didn't see. Is basic information. The manga, contradicts and changes things time and time again, even with scenes that did occur in the game, and how each member died even, so it obviously doesn't share the right flow. The same author Nomura hired as well to write Another Report that came in the booklet of FM+ is also the one that writes the novels (we can compare the author there, if need be). And as for Japan, there are others that do read Japanese and go to websites, and so far, nothing was giving out exclusively that could mark Nomura and the novels as lying. Of course, they're not in a RP where they try the Organization members in court, but that isn't the point. There still this one scene with Phil...where is not even the same scene where he meets Sora in the Underworld to speak to him, that he met Demyx, and from there after he begins to run away, we don't know what else happens. That's the thing. There is no real contradiction if we can't see what went on after a certain part because there is a blatant skip there (Phil was still conscious as the scene in the novel ended), and for all we know, Phil might've been saying the right events. And you're still not taking into account that not everything the English version of KH2 is the exact word for word process of the Japanese translation, it doesn't matter if it's official. Translations aren't always perfect (example being, Aeris/Aerith, that was in the English game). It doesn't make sense that the opinion and thoughts of the characters in the novel are taken, yet not the fights. Don't they fall on the same thing as they reflect on what happens? What about the repeated scenes where in Roxas's fights it shows Axel's recollections on the whole matter? Can you provide another reason as how Axel was hurt in Betwixt And Between then, considerirng that it was Saïx chasing him throughout the game as well? Is not because there is a need to take charges or not here, is because calling them uncanon for the one thing that you still haven't answered that is a contradiction with what I've already explained, is not true. Is this Phil/Demyx scene the only thing that you see wrong? You read the rest of the scenes, haven't you? Does it contradict as well? Something like that. And is not even taking or adding charges, because the result in the end, was always Phil being knocked out. It doesn't even change anything, and the novels didn't contradict that either (the only thing left in the air is whether the Nobodies did it or not). It just didn't show how it exactly happened thoroughly, the scene just ends. Unless you disagree with that, that nothing else happened between this point and the meeting in the Underworld.
OOC: Repliku, the novels are canon, there known to be, and are. Just because Nomura doesn't write it (unless he's a accomplished author), doesn't mean he's not watching everything that's being written in this particular work that connects to him, or is not official. How did the author know what scenes to place? What words to say? What parts of the story are important? What specific scenes? They are obviously a part of the game of the background events that we didn't see. This isn't like the manga where Vexen clones killed Xaldin. In Japan, no one's been complaining about contradictions in the books. The Japanese to Disney English just may have switched to fit better (after all, there are scenes in the novels that we see in the game, only it digs into their thoughts at the moment. You could see the words are the same, yet it can translate another way. Doesn't mean it's wrong...except the Roxas and Axel TWTNW scene, in my opinion. I'm glad Roxas wasn't shown as this jerk originally). Not to mention, this is basically basing this off of one Phil scene that could've been reworded differently amongst the rest. So because of this, that means to dismisss everything else and call it uncanon. Especially, when after Demyx ran away in the novel, what happens after is not shown, and it doesn't really explain anything else. Demyx might've hit him once he reached the Underworld since Phil was still chasing him after that (running from the Nobodies as well), or the Nobodies might've hit him, Phil might've have made it that far into the entrance before it caught up to him, etc. I just don't see the great contradiction, honestly. It doesn't taint the evidence as much as it shows how it just started (in Layman's terms, is back to step1). Even if the novels are due to come out on the US and translated, who's to say the Phil/Demyx scene won't be there? Let's just keep it Assault On Phil, as it shows he was knocked out whichever way. Is that simple. And while I agree with why there shouldn't be Saïx charge on Axel, if you remember clearly, Axel was weak and hurt when helping Sora at Betwixt and Between, which we never got a reason for. How did that happen? The novels show and explain that, as well as seeing him wake up in Naminé's lap (he just got farther than Roxas there :D). Saïx took one swipe that was enough to take him down. So if it connects to the game this way, how is it not canon, again? Janexna licked her lips. "Good, I only asked of it because you were emphasizingit it too much in many of the stuff you replied with. So, since you were guarded because of his weird personality the first time, you weren't so lost and confused as you placed it so greatly the second time?" Did Demyx say that you had to defeat the water creatures in a set amount of time? Was there a time bomb? If the water clones weren't doing much of anything at all, how do you know this? Yes or No?" Then she blinked. "Wait-since you basically said that 'bet you can't even fight!' just because he took it easy before, as it seems, were you wanting and asking for more there?" "Sure. That would've been a loving scene. However, it was only a mark to expand that not every fight leads to death." "Either way, wouldn't the same note apply for the second?
