I blasted through them these past three weeks (and near a Plat in inFamous 2~) and they were pretty fun. I don't think I'll go back to the first one right away because the second was more fine tuned, and Lightning Tether/Ice Jump are a ****ing godsend.

I'm kind of disappointed with the final boss of the second game though. It had felt way too easy in comparison to the first game's final boss (which took me like 30 minutes to beat). Still have to do an Evil playthrough in both, and also need to play it on Hard, so I'll see if that helps. I just feel bad that I'll have to make all the evil choices and kill civilians :C

except the one that threw a ****ing stone at me while I was a Hero
    **** that guy

THAT IS GOOD CREDITS MUSIC THO

but no I downloading The Rlectric Lady during spring break and omgomgomg so good. SO GOOD. I'm still trying to listen to her other stuff, but she has really excellent thematic & conceptual stuff from the little I've read on interviews she's had and I think you'd like her a lot in general

I'd probably start with Looking for Alaska or Paper Towns (which I did lol). I thought they were better than Fault in Our Stars & kept me more invested in the story and characters. Both also have pretty pretentious writing, so Will Grayson, Will Grayson may be a better launch pad (especially since it was written by David Leviathan as well so it doesn't have too much of the usual flow of Green's work),

From the clips Funi's released of the dub so far, it actually sounds pretty nice. I haven't heard Eren's or Levi's voices yet, but the others sounded good.

I read the book last summer and was kinda meh about it. The dialogue felt unrealistic at times, quirky and enjoyable as it can be. I don't really wanna say much more since you're still reading & a lot of my thoughts on it are scattered across the whole of the book, so I'll just wait it out. There were parts I did get a little emotional at and it was a nice read by the poolside, but I don't feel strongly one way or another.

I'm excited for the movie though, just to see if I'd feel more towards it in a different medium.

From my understanding, reverse racism is discriminatory behavior targeted at the majority (white people). Which, considering racism itself is defined as discriminatory behavior against x group based on race, making that distinction of it being in reverse is unneeded, imo.

I think it depends on how the traits are being expressed within the character. People are not just full of only stereotypically masculine/stereotypically feminine traits, every individual is somewhere on a spectrum of them. You're not gonna walk outside and see all women acting solely passive/nurturing/dependent, and you're just as much unlikely to see all men acting aggressive/self-confident/independent. That's where the distinction is; male & female characters can have their gender's stereotypical traits, but it cannot dominate & dictate who they are and how they'll be forever. They have to grow and change* and learn along the way.

Since you also agreed with Below, I do realize this is also what you probably think on the matter as well. To answer the question on why the paradox exists, it largely depends on how they phrased it. Like you've said before, it's difficult to tell tone over the web and a lot of people on the Internet have a tendency of writing their post and immediately posting it, then elaborating later on after they get questions/backlash/whatever.

I'm not sure what you meant here & don't wanna say something and it ending up "yea plums that's what I meant in the post," lol.

why are the top two topics in spam about racism & feminism

People who say reverse racism exists are silly. :v Anyone can be a racist and anyone can experience racism. As libre said, institutionalized racims is a different form of racism that white people* don't experience as it's nonexistant for them + has been long standing for minority groups for a long time. The latter is more toxic because it's been around for so long and is still prevelant in the work environment/schooling/way of life/etc. That said, I do think people should be free to express that they feel someone is being racist towards them as it's still entirely wrong, but institutionalized is a somewhat different beast.

*white people as in standard white collar white American today. White people have faced institutionalized discrimination in the past (immigrants, Jewish people, etc.) and some of those groups likely still do in certain places today.

    KH-VIDS OFFER ME YOUR WISDOM

The one club so far that I'm part of (a harry potter club that does charity things) is having elections to decide positions for next year and I'm not sure if I want to go with Pres./VP or Secretary. Secretary is a rather safe bet and seems fun, but I don't want to just go with it because it's something safe. Not gonna go into a long dialogue about it, but I am not the most confident person (as you can see when this takes me like 20 minutes to write lol) and it has been especially true with college these last near two years, and I'm not sure if it's nerves, a fear, or whatever. The point is, I do have an interest in a more leader-ish role and know that I do have potential to do it very well but that is also competing with hella "I DON'T KNOW IF I CAN DO THIS", lol.

    what should I do
I was thinking of trying for all three of them as I do want a position, it's just a matter of going for leader spot or complacent spot

    aw shyt HERE WE GO

    In no particular order:

Dinny & Cookiie: MY DAUGHTERS. I think they're both extremely kind, sweet, and are always putting a great deal of effort into having a fun time and making sure others are as well, even if Cookiie is a giant tsun. They're both talented at what they do, even if they don't really see it, and they're just really nice to be around. I am fiercely protective of both and will crush any and all potential suitors that mistreat them. >:C I am a literal mama bear.

Sabby: THIS *****. Sabby was the first friend I made on staff and we have been through a fair share of stuff together. I trust her a lot and consider her one of my biffies. Though, she's still not getting me to give her all the power on the site. :b Considering she's only 3 hours away, there is no real excuse to never meet up with her, and I know it'll be a riot once we hit those Canadian streets.

Aura & Spunk Ransom: I promised I would meet them in person because they are dear to me and, even though we don't talk as regularly because everyone is so busy with life and whatnot, I care about them a lot and love talking to them when I can.

Fearless would be on the list but WE'VE MET IN PERSON.
TWICE. And definitely more times in the future b/c I like hanging out with her a lot. <>

This was longer than I intended, but yeah.

As for your truth! What is one doctrine and/or belief in your religion that you work everyday to standby and uphold?
