Sadly no, but maybe it'll happen soon. c; Also starting in half an hour guys.
Yugi sprite (X) Kaiba sprite (X) Joey sprite (X) Hey there guys! Most of you probably already know about our Fundraising Night initiative by now, and I'll be making my own contribution to the streaming extravaganza today at 3PM Eastern. Be sure to check out KHV's very own Twitch channel to see me duel with the greats and play card games to save the world while @Plums helps me tap into the heart of the cards. I'll be reminding you guys around half an hour before it starts, so keep an eye out for that.
There's no stopping us now. This is only the beginning. >:3
tHANK YOU FOR DOING IT RIGHTTTTTTT also nova da fuq is dat boy???
Either way, it's really pointless to try and vote anyone other than Krowley. And with only about two hours left to come in and defend himself it seems like we've pretty much chosen our first lynchee of the game. I still think default is a bit suspicious, but I'm interested to see the mafia and vigilante's tactics during the first night phase. ( sorry for such a short post but things are really hectic rn and either way a lot of people have already said what i wanted to say )
it is when there's still two days to vote and everyone's already pointing fingers if it were the last day i'd agree with that last statement might not really matter but it just bugged me[DOUBLEPOST=1408475669][/DOUBLEPOST] i know you'll just bring up the whole "the games are unrelated" thing on me for this, but he was mafia last game. even if he's suspicious in some way, i doubt nova would make him mafia two games in a row
if i could just throw my $0.02 into this whole "IS BEAU MAFIA" thing, I don't think he's anti-town. it's more of a gut feeling than anything, but the thought of him being mafia just doesn't sit right with me...
Personally, I'd take out Makaze or Marushi. It'd be unexpected and it'd neutralize a hell of a threat.
oh sorry that last avatar you had gave off a rat kinda vibe my bad
Just a tip before Nova swoops in. You're not allowed to edit posts, even if it looks ugly. Doubleposting's fine but edits are a no-go. Wouldn't want anyone getting kicked over something so minor. And I actually wouldn't put Marushi, What? or Makaze on that list. It makes sense to take out people who're being vocal, both in general and about certain members. While it might damn them, we saw that last game they used the sacrifice play with Jiku and threw us off a bit. Just try to remember that the mafia could certainly sacrifice one person early on for the sake of the whole. I'd also keep an eye out for default (Rat). I do feel like he's one of the special roles after yesterday's debate on the matter, and if he's not dead soon he could definitely pose a real threat (especially if he ends up being the Vigilante and not the Reporter).
I'm gonna keep it short right now since I'm on mobile and it'll be kind of hard to elaborate atm (but I'll make another big post later). Luxord isn't acting any different than he did last game imo. From what I've seen he really doesn't care if he comes across as suspicious either way. Now, having said that, I could see why someone would vote for him right out the gate, but I just don't think there's enough to pin him down on either side yet. I also get the weird feeling that the mafia might go for some of the more vocal members tonight, and here's why: if you take out people who're actively participating, you can throw suspicion onto people like Reno and Cal. It'd be smart, and it would be a bit of a surprise for the beginning of the game. But that's just my take on the whole thing. And I'm still on the fence about @Krowley . Would you like to say something in your defense??
Nah, you're good. That tag worked.
Cat turned, trying to keep her eyes peeled for any more Heartless that might try to get the jump on her. A Shadow came up from the ground in front of her and began to make a move, but she quickly sliced it in half. "Damn," she thought. "They just won't stop coming." The small Heartless were really getting on her nerves. Shadows kept coming up from their second dimensional hiding places just to sink back down before she could even get a good hit on any of them. She just wanted to beat them all to a pulp, but that clearly wasn't going to happen anytime soon. She heard one of them pop up behind her and turned to face it when suddenly she felt a stinging sensation throughout her entire body. It was painful, and she could feel the burn spread through her skin like a toxin. She managed to turn her head and spot the source of the pain: a Black Fungus. It stood there, waving around like it was the most innocent thing in all the worlds. But she knew better. She took a few steps back, trying her best to focus on anything but the pain she felt, and saw it bend down to excrete more of its poison before jumping back up and coating itself in some kind of metal. She concentrated on casting a spell and the tip of her Llama Head began to glow a bright green and white. "Heal," she whispered, and in an instant she was surrounded by a healing aura. She thought she could make out flowers and orbs in the light that surrounded her, and the pain from the poison disappeared almost immediately, as if it hadn't even been there at all. The Black Fungus hardly moved, maybe because the coating made its body heavier or maybe just because it was waiting, and Cat took action. She tossed her Keyblade, trying to deal damage while keeping her distance, but when the blade connected with the mushroom's body it didn't seem phased in the slightest. She willed the Keyblade to appear back in her hand and saw it bend back down to excrete more of that same poison. This time, however, she saw another one walk up beside it. The two of them stood side by side, one coated in that stupid metal armor and one as vulnerable as it would ever be. She did her best to make sure that the poison had dissipated in the air around the Heartless and charged forward. She swung at the vulnerable one, landing a few hits, but her blade struck the metallic one and the impact of metal against metal knocked her back. Luckily though, it had knocked her back just as they began to excrete more of that same poison. She did her waiting and charged forward again, quickly finishing off the one that had just become vulnerable. After sidestepping the one that remained while it went through its little transformation, she dealt one last blow and it dissipated. She breathed a sigh of relief, but heard a kind of clanging come from behind her. A Shadow and Soldier both approached her with less than friendly intentions. The Soldier began to tense up, as if readying itself to pounce, and she felt the same urge that she'd felt when fighting off the Crescendo -- it was almost like her body knew how to counterattack before her mind could even process anything. Before the Soldier could even move, she jumped toward it and while she spun mid-air, she dealt enough damage to defeat it. Her landing was anything but graceful, and she was pretty dizzy, but she was mostly just taking in the fact that she'd managed to do something so cool on instinct. She didn't know if it was just the Keyblade telling her what to do or if she was actually that good a fighter, but it was so surprising. She saw the Shadow from before stand there, almost in awe, and she quickly slashed at it. "Yeah, that's right. Be afraid." She felt incredible, and only time would tell if her little lucky streak would continue. 697 Words / 30 EXP / 135 EXP Total Spoiler: South Side Behemoth - (243/300 BP) AND CAN @Gexln @Pumbaa @Hexin AND MYST PLEASE HELP KEEP TRACK OF THE BEHEMOTH'S TOTAL BP PLEASE?? Reporter. But let's remember that even if he's the reporter, there are four other special roles for him to worry about: tracker, watcher, redirector and vigilante. This would explain the kind of apathy toward really finding anyone in either camp on the first shot since the redirector is aligned with the mafia. And thinking about it, it'd actually be better for the reporter if townies didn't end up lynching mafiosi. Not only does it give them more time to figure out who they need to off, but the odds of taking out who they need to take out are much better if they aim for townies/non-mafia.
( I MAY JUST END UP ADDING A RELEVANT SPN GIF TO EVERYTHING BECAUSE IT'S APPLICABLE ) ANYWAY I can agree that some of rat's thoughts are mighty suspicious, especially considering that most all of day one is nothing but guesswork. Seriously, if there's even the slightest chance that Mak will be helpful, why vote for him now?? Especially when there's Reno, who hasn't said a word and would be a much safer target if you're trying to avoid drawing attention to yourself. Okay, that's a fair point. But even so, if you want to avoid being led on a wild goose chase then don't listen to Mak? He's making good points so far, and you can disagree if you want, but he's still a potential asset to the townies as a whole. Trying to lynch him at the moment only makes you look bad. Also, it's likely that if he's not mafia he'll be dead in the first couple nights anyway.
Trying to throw suspicion onto me from you? That's very clever there MAFIA MAN
I'd just like to mention that Cal has had some stuff going on generally so her activity the past few days was pretty limited. I can't say anything for Reno but I don't think it'd be fair to vote for her.
