Go here get the colour you want and insert the code into the colour panel on here. The colour panel remembers the code for you, so you don't have to keep going back to the site, getting the colour etc. Sorry if I sound rude.
Ah. My bad, then. I see your point, but..honestly it's not that complicated once you explore? There's a help manual being made, I believe. As for post templates? RP banners? Save the code in a word document. Copy and paste, etc. Then all you have to do is tweak the colours. That's all I can suggest. Bushy, I understand that you're annoyed.
