Giarc Sounds russian.
Oh fine. Be that way. Well I will just block you from KHV.
Someone can't stand not being the centre of attention. =O
The song that's in the Lost Odyssey trailer. =O
Tell me about it, my insurance for the year costed as much as the car itself.
I totally agree with what Cin said. Standards vary from person to person. The government has a set of standards, and people in the suburbs and those in housing estates do. There is not 1 set bar.. England has a whole hasn't really changed in terms of behaviour over the years. Like for instance binge drinking. It's a common problem in the England since we are one of the worst nations in Europe for drinking problems. People say it's been on the up and is a recent problem. But that is far from the truth. Binge Drinking has been a problem for hundreds of years, it's in our culture. There have been reports from the past saying about people drinking on the street and things like that. There was a programme about it a year ago, I forgot some of the reports an notes said in the past but some traits you find these days can easily date back to the 17th century and maybe even further back.
Well inflation is high in the UK, prices are generally high here, but then again £2,400 is a hell of alot. XD Since mine was £1000.
Other than the anime we see weekly at the Anime Society. The only anime I'm really paying attention to right now it Gintama. But in general I go for comedies or good action ones.
I just saw a video about the best first cars. And it seems that the average spent on people's first cars are £2,400 (Around $4,800). Which is £1,400 more than what my parents spent on mine. XD And it made me wonder for those who drive what was your first car? I have a nice 1998 1.4 Vauxhall Astra. A good car that has done over 105,000 and is still is very good conidition (except for that flat tire I caused while going to work. XD But that is sorted out now) Quite a nippy little car does 100MPH comfortably, not that your suppose to go that fast. <> Also it's a family car, so it has quite a bit of space. =O
Source - Kotaku Seems like this will be used for people releasing small games like in the PSN or XBL Arcade. A year late but still it's coming.
Oh the Japanese you write under a lot of your sentences. XD
Meh, it's helping me with my studies I guess. <>...XD
Give it time. Alot of people will appear next time...any many deaths. =D And K a i r i yeah, like most people in power they do jack all. Well at least for now. =O
Every week, I scour the video portal's latest submissions and pick my top five favorites. Just because you don't make it into the top five does not mean that you're video wasn't good. We just have so many good videos that they're hard to choose from! Well well well, I'm now only have last week's to do and i'm up to date, sorry for all the delays everyone. Here are the Top 5 [top5number1]30bb0103-fe3e-4c2d-82fd-9a3900eed2ca[/top5number1] This Week's Winner: HazHeartz | View Video Song: Rooftops by Lostprophets A brillant video, not quite perfect, but everything worked. My one and only critism was the lack of good scenes that fitted around the 2:30, I personally think it could of been more epic. But everything worked so well. Good flow, great timing, generally good use of scenes and some very nice effects that weren't abused. Also it's nice to see some credits, and a very nice one at that. I loved the credits, very professional. 2. Submitted By: Tallboy44 | View Video Song: It's Always Winter by Relient K It's hard not to compare this video to the one made by angelsinflight, because well it's the same song and very simply glow effect. It's not quite as good as hers, but still very good neither the less. Congrats. Just maybe try a more slightly different and more original style. 3. Submitted By: angelsinflight14 | View Video Song: Sorry by Daughtry Would of made number 2, but the main transition you used I did not like one bit, it didn't fit the mood of the video and was abused. But beyond that a great video. 4. Submitted By: xkhxloverx | View Video Song: Angel by Unwritten Law A good video with alot of potential, but I didn't sense much flow in the video, and it was hard to tell what you were timing to at times. But beyond that it was a well made video. 5. Submitted By: 1MoonGoddess7| View Video Song: Twilight by Vanessa Carlton Very well made for something in WMM. Was generally a enjoyable video that made good use of the software at hand. *Gasp* No special mentions this week i'm afraid, but I will be certain there will be some next week. Hope you enjoy them all, and keep submitting! Maybe your video will show up here next time!
We had another pointless computer processing class in Japanese today. After we wrote out the paragraph instead of translating it ourselves we were told to use an online translator. Probably as an attempt to tell us his important life lesson - "Translation is Impossible" But when I translated it, it was was suppose to say I like red clothes but instead: Oh how it made me laugh, bonus point for the person who can see the context in which made me laugh. Another also said. "Dirt clothes like me." Apparently if not using the right kanji, it makes the word for red become the word for dirt.
Yes. They teach you, but homework helps you remember it fully. And to get practise. Alot of homework I used to get at Sixth Form used to help with revision for exams. And at University, doing work at home is vital.
I'm using the anime Noein. But I forgot what my partner Nanamix is using. XD
Raising the age would only cause more underage drinkers. In the UK underage drinking is a bigger problem then those over 18. When you get to 14-15, it becomes a mystery, of what's it like to have alcohol and get drunk. People get drunk because of peer pressure and the idea that they shouldn't be doing it. And at that age they think they can handle any drink, but then they get drunker faster then they realise. If parents introduce it at a young age it will be less of a mystery, and people will learn their limits. Of course it won't stop binge drinking, but it would stop people drinking for the sake of drinking and because they know they are breaking the law. I never say the big deal of alcohol when I was 15. I had it from time to time at home. I didn't feel the need to get drunk. Though drinking at parties when underage is legal if a parent is there. It wasn't until I was nearly 18 going to 18th birthday parties when I really started to drink. But I only drink socially. Some of you may think of me as a drunk, but i'm far from it. I'm simply living the student life. I don't crave nor feel the need to drink all the time. I only drink during parties, going out to club, general gatherings. And I don't get drunk all the time. I'm generally responible with my drinking because I knew all about it and it wasn't a big deal to me.
lol, the complaining about having to wear uniforms and thinking they are bad is a bit spoilt of you. XD We in the UK don't have a choice. Some of you that complain about it have you ever had to wear one before? (mainly talking to the Americans) They aren't all as bad as you seem the make them. To me it helps divide up school and well outside of school. It was easy to get dressed in the morning, just put on the trousers, tie, blazer and then some smart shoes. Of course it didn't stop social group differences. (chavs, geeks etc) It also made going to Sixth form all the more exciting as there wasn't a uniform, of course there was a dress code. Uniform and tight dress code is going to happen in the world of work. An office job requires a suit (which is similar to my old school uniform) other jobs have only one type of clothes you can wear. I guess it's all down to the culture. In Japan people are proud to wear their uniform, while in the US it's more relaxed. While in others it's a must to wear uniform at school. If you have to wear one from the get go, it just becomes the norm and you get used to it. If you change from the causal wear to uniform of course it's going to seem bad. Wearing a uniform in school, not the greatest thing in the world. Is it as bad as people make it out to be? No.
Kids normally hear and know about sex way before they actually learn it in school. So teaching earlier is by no means a bad thing. Would you rather teach your kids now or wait a bit longer but risk the fact they could of already had unprotected sex without knowing the full implications that can that have. If you teach them early, it becomes less of a mystery and people learn the right reasons to have sex.
