or try Gimp v2.6 its free and its a imaging software like photoshop, if you want my advise I personally think photoshop is better but if your not looking to spend 100's of Dollars on a program like photoshop then just try gimp its better then windows paint and has a lot more choices.?^ ^

Try adding a neostatus mod, usually pings neo status would make him duel wield but if not try mulan or duel wield roxas, but I'm pretty sure pings neo staus will work.^ ^

I don't recall seeing any code like this that this guy is requesting does it even exist?
