Leah leaned against a tree, trying to regain herself. The burning in her throat died away a little, and the human scent was gone. She let her "hunting mode" or "instincts", as you may call it, shut down before she ran back to the school. She slowed her running when she got to the entrance of the school, walking up to Mark. "I'm sorry..." She said quickly. "Are you okay?" She asked, worriedly.
A snarl ripped from in between Leah's teeth and she quickly turned, tackling Mark to the ground. Her nails dug into his shoulders and she'd almost bitten him, but she bit down hard on her lip instead. No! She thought and got off of Mark, quickly. She put her hands to her head again. "Mark, you idiot! I'll meet you at the school!" She shouted in a hurry and ran off quickly away from the park. She ran outside the city limits and rested for a bit.
Leah hissed instinctively and pushed him away. "R-Run...!!" She said, taking a few steps back from him. She really didn't want to hurt him, but when he hugged her, she'd been just inches away from biting him. It had been a stupid move on his part, but somehow she'd been able to resist. She tried to hold of longer. "Good night..." Brexecca said softly and gently kissed his cheek before closing her eyes and letting her mind drift into pointless thoughts as she fell asleep.
Katara sighed. She knew that there was no use arguing with Telren, but she smiled, hugging him. "Thanks..." She said softly.
Leah smiled, glad that he couldn't tell her hands weren't warming up. "Yes, I have enjoyed it so far..."She said softly. "It's been alot of fun..." She smiled, truthfully. However, once they got to the park, she picked up the scent of a few more humans. Her throat burned with thirst and she put her hand up to it. Before she could say anything else, she felt her instincts kicking in and she let go of Mark's hand, gripping her head tightly. "No..." She muttered to herself and grit her teeth. She couldn't keep control anymore. "Right... Only good dreams," She said and smiled, hugging Kules close. Quietly, she closed her eyes, relaxing. She still felt a little sick, but the medicine was making her feel better, and a little bit drowsy.
Leah saw him blush and she couldn't help but giggle. When he said that maybe he could warm her hands up, she smiled. "Thanks..." She said softly and walked with him, holding his hand gently. However, she couldn't tell him that her hands wouldn't warm up. Brexecca suddenly yawned after he said that and giggled. "That's probably a good idea..." She said softly. "But are you going to go to sleep this time?" She grinned.
Katara shook her head. "No, Telren... It's fine, really..." She smiled as the pain started fading away and she took her hand off of her head.
"Yeah... Most girls like other stuff like cheerleading..." She said and rolled her eyes. "Really, science is much more interesting than waving around pom poms..." Leah smiled and laughed. "I don't mind... As long as you don't mind the cold, though... It's kind of normal for my hands to be really cold all the time," She said as an excuse. Brexecca nodded. "True... he can be pretty amazing sometimes..." She smiled and leaned against Kulex, hugging him close.
Katara shook her head. "I dunno..." She said softly, knowing Telren wouldn't like it if she lied and said that nothing was wrong.
Leah grinned. "Ah, I see you'd like to be a doctor like your father... Those are good majors to choose..." She smiled. "Hmm... I would like to get a major in Chemistry and Biology... I've always been interested in discovering new things..." She smiled softly. "I'm not sure that there is anything like that..." Brexecca said softly and smiled. "But who knows... Maybe I'll be well enough by tomorrow that I can compete..." She hugged him softly. His smile reassured her, but she was still not sure if she could get better that fast.
OOC- Aww... *huggles R_G* Cheer up! :) Katara looked around at the replicas. "So they're all going to fight themselves...?" She asked him. She remembered when she had to fight her replica... It had been one of the hardest fights she'd been in before. A sharp pain filled her head again and she winced, placing a hand on her head.
Leah smiled softly at Mark. "Thanks..." She said softly, glad that he just thought she was cold. She continued walking with him, his scent making her throat burn, but she held back with all of her strength, not wanting to hurt him. Mark seemed like a really nice guy. If she had to, she'd run away and explain to him later what was really going on... But that was a last resort. "So Mark, what are your majors...?" She asked and looked at him, smiling. Brexecca sighed. "Ah, yeah..." She thought for a minute. "I can't really think of anyone..." She bit her lip. "The team's gonna be pretty upset..." "Umm... Fayte?" Abexecca said, softly. "That... wasn't a dream..." She bit her lip.

"Ah, I see..." Leah said softly and smiled. She looked up at the sky. "Hmm... Well, I haven't been here very long, but I think it's a pretty nice place... I can't wait to start classes tomorrow." She grinned. Her hands were behind her back and she was digging her nails into one of her arms to try and avoid the temptation, but it didn't hurt or bleed because of her tough skin. Brexecca smiled and softly kissed him back, blushing a little. "I love you, too..." She said softly and hugged him tightly. "Hmm... That seems like a good possibility..." She grinned. "Really?" Abexecca tilted her head to the side. "What was it about?" She asked, curiously.
