Okay, let's stop saying this like it's freakin' canon. THERE ARE GAMES ON XBOX ONE AND BEING MADE ON XBOX THAT ARE 1080P and 60FPS. Not mocked, not stretched, they're native. Any developer that goes 900p SHOULD NOT be excused because "oh, they're working on Xbox" The hardware is more than capable of it as Bungie, 343, and even Blizzard have proven. Microsoft has stepped in previously to help Blizzard make Diablo 3 1080p/60fps. It is not the fault of the console. IT IS THE FAULT OF THE DEVELOPERS. CRITIQUE THE PEOPLE WHO'RE MAKING THE GAME FOR NOT TRYING I don't critique the PS4 for "The Order" being low specs, I critique ReadyAtDawn for trying to emulate film. Even then, will it be a bad game? I don't know, because game quality can't be quantified to numbers. It doesn't even help to have a game in 1080p/60fps with overall game quality. There are TERRIBLE games on Steam RIGHT NOW with those specs. They run smoothly. They're crap and culturally bankrupt. "BUT 60FPS GIVES BETTER CON-" Vanquish. "BUT IT LIMI-" Vanquish.

I have a buddy with an Xbox One. I plan to get one because the interface with Kinect (voice wise) is great, it has a bunch of games I can't get elsewhere on a console, and it has all the same multiplat games like FFXV. I don't care about The Order: 1886, Bloodborne, or inFamous sooooo I don't ever really have a reason for a PS4. LittleBigPlanet? 'Course, we did just get Project Spark.

I'm playing Mass Effect 2 on a different TV. The voice acting is muffled. This is not the first time I've tried to solve their audio issues. That said, I'm at a loss. I'm in the equalizer settings trying to adjust well, everything, and just trying to go by what sounds best, but I can't find the right combination of things that are making the voice acting muffled and the background sounds extremely loud (dialog volume in game is at 100%, sound effects at 70%). The options for the equalizer are 100hz, 300hz, 1khz, 3khz, and 10khz. Other issues that may be affected is that highs are REALLY high with a lot of echo and and certain low pitches have a lot of volume compared to other sounds period. (Example, opening the Xbox guide button makes an ear shattering high pitch at a decent volume then a nice low boom that is about twice as loud)
I can vouch for paragraph one. It's also harder to moderate things that are private. Like, I can't post piracy stuff in the SpamZone, but if I do it in a chat that's similar to facebook, now I have to worry about if I'm breaking a rule in a casual conversation? It's hard to be that conscious of a rule book with something fast like a chat. SpamZone has casual chatter threads that can move faster, the Longue exists, PM's exist, and you can always take stuff to Skype. I don't see a reason for a chat.
