My major problem with this is that the composition is too flat and the greyscale isn't really helping since most of the grey is of the same tone, making it more difficult to percieve depth. Darker colors are usually percieved to be closer by the human eye while lighter colors are percieved to be further away. Greyscale usually helps create depth since it can create more contrast but it can also do the opposite if there already wasn't enough contrast to begin with. Maybe a light source to create some contrast could help. And some blurring(since you've already done enough sharpening) to give the illusion of depth. The composition is pretty good. I just think it could use a little touching up. Mind sharing the render? Me likes :B
