I noticed earlier while going through the PS Store that there were a handful of PS2 games on it as well, including Rogue Galaxy, which I find funny, since I own that disk. It doesn't look like it's boosting any graphics though, because the screenshots look just like from a PS2, though I didn't actually play, so maybe the screenshots were old?

Have you checked to make sure you haven't gotten any virus or something on your computer? Go through your list of applications on your computer, you might find you installed something without knowing and gotta get if off. Also, you do know that even if you take the browser itself off, you'll still have the extension made by the browser on your computer right? I can't remember where it is on the computer, but all of the stuff used on your browser, including bookmarks, add-ons, and stuff like that is saved on it so whenever you get the browser back all of your personal stuff is still on it.

I don't use anything relating to social networking though, but are you also sure it's not an issue with something on your computer conflicting with facebook?

edit: okay, double-checked, and the file I was talking about was only for bookmarks. I thought I read something about a file keeping your add-ons too, but I could be wrong. This is why I should not go off my memory when it comes to software

My grin just fell when I read this. Are we going to end up with something like The Walking Dead? Because if so, my anticipation for this game dropped to an all-time zero. I have no interest in playing a game as expansive as this in episodes, where some things can be cut out in between

It's not official or not though if they are actually from the same universe, they're probably just pulling our chains and trying to mess with us. Otherwise maybe they left the first planet because Sin kept coming back.....even though the whole point of FFX was to make that not happen!! Seriously, it was going so well until FFX -Will-

You say that and now I'm clasping my hands praying for such things. Hell, it'd be awesome to do a few fights with Zack during the flashback, or fight Kadaj and gang from Advent Children. Although if they did that, I'm sure it'd be DLC or something.

Story wise, I'm hoping they actually either add a little more to make it more understandable, because that last 1/3 or so was completely confusing above anything else, or make optional stuff required instead. Plus, they better end it better this time than having the meteor come close to the planet, fade out, then go 500 years later. I still get irritated thinking about that ending. If nothing else, bring in some stuff from the side stories, like how Zack and Aerith helped defend against Meteor from the lifestream.

Since they are canon to the story, they'll find some way to give you them without the hassle from the original game. Some things are definitely going to change from the original game to tie in better with the rest of the series. Don't forget that the rest of the games were made after the first game, but this time they're doing it backwards.

I just realized after watching the trailer again you can see the Limit bar in the lower right corner of the screen. Looks like it will probably work the way we expect it to, with you taking damage and increasing the bar, and being able to use a Limit Break whenever it's full. If that's the case, I'm really looking forward to see how moves like Meteorain and Omnislash look like. Also, are they just going to a normal omnislash, or maybe they'll use a version from later in the series, like the one they used in Advent Children Complete? Though maybe not, since that version was doable because of the way his sword was built.

You guys think they'll keep in the fights with Ruby and Emerald weapons? I kind of hope so, because it'd be interesting seeing those fights in real time. Though I wonder if maybe the final fight with Sephiroth will be more entertaining than a simple Omnislash to finish the game. I hope so for that too, because that would be a letdown. I need an actual fight with sephiroth with all of his skills.

Ever read the book? The original series was probably 40% filler, give or take a little bit, while Kai was smart and followed the manga more accurately without the filler. Of course, once Super came out, there was no material to follow, so we'll have to see what filler we get with that one

Really glad they decided to go for Real-Time combat. While the ATB was a thing when it first came out on PS1, most games now feel more realistic, especially with fast-paced scenes, when the combat itself isn't turn based. I don't hate turn based, but it does take away from the realistic factor. The style reminds me both of FFXV as well as the arcade Dissidia. I'm wondering if the summons are going to be just as fun as from FFXV. Though since the summons work different in the games, maybe not

no it's turning on, the problem is about 1/3 of the screen, right down the middle, a horizontal bar that darkens the effected area will appear and start flickering like crazy for around 8-20 minutes, and sometimes go away and then it always comes back. I've checked online for what the issues might be, though nothing was exactly what I had. The biggest thing that people said was it could be the power connection, so I checked that, but nothing fixed it, so apparently there's a problem with the bulbs in the tv. It's not going to get any better, so I decided it was best to take the deals while I could.

It just sucks how I spent a paycheck and a half to get it. I'm never going to get back up to $1300 to spend with. Now I'm down to $900 again

Seriously. There's too many unstable people out there, and if guns were allowed to be put in their hands, your putting others at risk. And I'm not just talking about those that would harm others for the sake of harming, there's those that could end up attacking you just because to them they could be thinking something else. It's events like this that just prove how bad it would be for everyone to have guns. Only a few have some and this happens. If every person that wanted to cause harm in some way had a gun, I'm buying a bomb shelter and living under the ground from now on, and I don't say that entirely as a joke.
