I'd most likely watch subs, always. Not only are most of the VA's for dub anime extremely annoying, it gets repetitive when they you watch quite a few anime and notice the exact same person from a previous anime is in another.. and they sound totally the same :x That may happen in Japan also, but I never notice, since I can't understand xD The subs VA's seem to put more feeling into their roles, also. I also like the fact that they swear in most anime, even if I can't understand it, tis on the subs xD They usually cut that out in the dubs. A good example for this would be Naruto :\ It's so lame.
