I'd say Xemnas. Ansem doesn't actually fight. He just floats and uses darkness. Xemnas actually goes out and pwns up everything. He is, afterall, the first Organization member to go up against Sora. Then again, Ansem is Billy Zane.... No, still have to go with Xemnas.

They aren't all white mages, even in Square: Lulu is Black Mage (FFX) Rikku is a Theif/Warrior (FFX) Yuffie is a Theif/Warrior (FFVII) and Quistis is a warrior (FFVIII) Not entirely sure what Selphie is... Plus About Baldy being Xehanort, that is the closest thing to theory here.

Keyblades are weapons for people who need extra power. Instead of a sword, you get a sword that uses both black and white magic, as well as some Space magic, unlock/lock anything, can't be stolen, and can be summoned at any time. I stick to normal swords, myself.
