Fall has half as my comic fix, and half as my comedy fix. And then there's the rest. Agents of SHIELD Arrow (Still need to finish season 2) Simpsons (Want to see the crossover as well as who they kill off) Flash South Park Brooklyn Nine-Nine Criminal Minds Log Horizon (Will miss that first opening though) TMNT Walking Dead Got all excited and thought it was the FX show. Assume you meant Arrow though.
Seeing that Stratos ad Karina had now joined their side in the Northern battle front, Hikaru knew that he could use Dumbo this one last time before retiring him to fight back on the ground. "Okay little guy. This is your last attack so let's make it count. HE flew the elephant down away from the behemoth and towards the injured trick ghosts, courtesy of his fellow allies. "Splash em!" he yelled, as he flew down low and rushed passed the group of heartless. He couldn't get all of them, as their ghosting ability, teleported some of the injured ones out of harm's way. Still, he managed to disperse eight of them with the water from Dumbo's trunk. "Your almost done buddy." He grabbed him by the forehead and lifted him back up to circle round to the most damaged behemoth. "One last rapid fire!" Dumbo let loose the remaining pellets he had stored against the heartless' horn, and managed to get in the last few hits for it to take a knee, and burst into a large cloud of darkness, releasing it's heart.77 "Thank you friend." He patted Dumbo on the head as he landed and dismissed the baby elephant, allowing him to get some ground work done. Looking around the field, his eye caught some large bodies that could do with some down sizing. He brought out his keyblade and rushed towards them, ensuring to make his next hits count. "What does he mean power up?..." Hikaru questioned softly to himself. Aside from the Dumbo summon, he himself didn't feel at all stronger or faster. He tried to make it known that he wouldn't try to follow Beuce's way of thinking but sometimes he wondered if his mind was actually here at all. Like half the time, his mind would just wander to another delusion of existence, and then return whenever some one snapped him out of his conscious way of thinking. Now that he thought about it, Hikaru was kind of the same. Sure his mind didn't ascend to a different plane of reality, but it did wander. Hikaru's friendship level with Beuce increased by 1! "Alright Dumbo, let's try and rain down some water!" He pointed for Dumbo to splash the water as he directed him down to splash against one of the behemoth's horns. The water pressure dealt some good damage and made him fairly wet indeed. This would be very beneficial if they had some thunder attacks equipped, but he alas only had fire and some defensive spells on hand. Nothing that could really shock the heartless into submission. He was also concerned about the elephant. There was no time limit on him, but he was still only a child after all. He had been riding him since he began the battle and did little to ease the fighting for him. If he was to continue fighting alongside the pachyderm, it wouldn't be for much longer. The little guy needed a break soon. "Hang in there for just a little longer buddy," he encouraged, as he circled round. Dumbo and Hikaru continued flying, as the boy braced himself to turn around against the heartless they has been rounding up. He was psyching himself up since the elephant had finished another peanut bag and was ready to open fire again. He continued to take some deep breath, getting himself more and more exciting to turn around and do the same routine as last time. The reason he was more nervous this time as that the heartless had already scene this strategy and could possibly adapt to it. He knew they were beings of darkness, but he was still unsure on their mental capacity. Nevertheless, he wouldn't be doing himself any favors by stalling,s o he quickly counted to three in his head and spun around, only to see that they had all disappeared on him. He wasn't sure if they wandered off or not until he looked up to see their hearts had already dispersed and were lifting high into the air. He was very confused at this point and didn't understand what happened until he looked down to find young Kel running off the scene and towards Beuce and the nine behemoths that sill remained. "Huh," Hikaru stated aloud, baffled that he didn't need to do any mroe flying away. Still, he had enough ammo in Dumbo's trunk to do some damage. So with that, he followed Kel to Beuce's location and let the elephant open fire his mighty peanut hailstorm against the most damaged Behemoth to weaken it further an further against the mighty heartless's mystic horn. At an astonishing 5 peanuts per second, Dumbo was casting some massive rapid fire agsint the beast, and proved to annoy the beast quite a bit before running out of it's salty ammunition. Once, they ran on empty, Hikaru pulled Dumbo back to retreat away from it and back down to lower down to rendezvous with Beuce and Kel. He took the elephant for a quick aerial loop before he approached alongside Kel. "Much obliged for the assistance," he thanked. "Any method you have in mind to take them down faster?" he directed the question to Beuce as well, who had been fighting off the larger heartless as he, Luna, and Anora were fending off the smaller threats. "Looks like we've still got about nine of them to defeat, and I'm not sure how much more Dumbo here can last." MISSION COMPLETE! Earned 250 EXP Earned 200 Munny Kaida had dispersed all the heartless and had her guard down, unaware there was a small ace in the hole from the swarm of heartless she fought. A small bomb-like heartless with tiny legs was making it's way towards the blonde haired girl and sat down shyly beside her, starting a countdown. The way this heartless worked was that once it planted itself and started it's three second countdown. Before any reaction or acknowledgement of the heartless could be made on Kaida's part, a short skateboarder came zooming onto the scene, wearing an elongated helmet on the front of the head. The boy on the board made a long skid as he picked up the heartless with one hand, while jumping off his board. Three. He held his board like a baseball bat, and the minute bomb like baseball. He tossed it up twice so he could make ensure a fair distance when he would swing it away. Two. With one more toss into the air, he put his other hand onto the board, and gave a mighty swing of it, tossing the heartless into the air and having reach the end of it's countdown. He put his straight hand atop his brow to see how far he would hit it. One. A small explosion was made into the sky, a few meters away from them, and high enough that it didn't damage anything. The sound it made however, attracted the attention of an unknown voice. "Ye hear dat! He went this way!" The mystery boarder at the sound of the gruff yell, quickly put his board back on the ground and saluted Kaida before rolling his board under the the bridge in the district so that he wasn't spotted. A rather portly man, with dark fur, ans sharp cat ears came onto the scene, in a full captain's armor, followed closely behind by to small weasels, also in royal armor. He stopped and wheezed out a few gusts of air as the weasels slyly made their way around the Captain to investigate. "Oy! You there! What's that boomin you been makin'?" "We heard it loud and clear we did!" Pete saw that they had begun interrogating without him and was not ammused. "Now wait just a cotton pickin' minute see! I'm the Captain, so I'll be making the accusation's 'round here." The Captain caught his breath and picked up his belly to show he meant business. "That's not how ya do it ya nimrods!" He pushed aside the weasels so he could get a better look at the suspect. She definately didn't look like any animal from Disneytown "Alrighty missy, since you're obviously new round here, I'll letcha in on the rundown. I'm Captain Pete, see? And me and my royal henchmen work for the sole purpose of keeping' peace and order in this here town. Now you wouldn't be tryin' to mess that up wouldya?" "Hey boss! We found skid marks! Maybe she's in cahoots with that boarder fella, eh?" "Yeah! That punk's been causing nothin' but trouble for us he has." Pete thought about this for a moment. "You know my boys got a point there. If yer in league with that fella, I'd have to go and arresta yah." He gave a big grin as he stroked his chin in his scheming mood. "Buuut, if you'd be willing to tell me where he went, I'd a course let this little incident slide."
Dumbo swerved low, amongst the ground heartless on the east side, trailing the pool of heartless behind them. He had to stall them as they were long enough for him to let the elephant consume enough peanut ammo for the rapid fire to annihilate as many of them as they could. Hikaru steered the flying summon by tugging ever so slightly against both sides of his head, and pushed up to go higher, and down to descend. He had gotten enough experience riding him, that he had created a good system for them to get smooth sailings. Ever since they met in Dumbo's homeworld, Hikaru was glad to have seen the little guy make a name for himself, and get the boost of confidence he needed to make it in the world. Hikaru could only hope to learn from that as he would help his allies take down the heartless. Dumbo had finished the peanut bag, and nodded his head to signal he was all set. "All right then, let's do a 180!" he said putting the wrapper in his pocket. Dumbo arched an eyebrow, not fully understanding what that meant. "Oh, I mean... turn around please!" Understanding now, he drifted along the air and loosened his ears as to slow down from the draft. "Now!" Hikaru cried out, watching the storm of peanuts befall onto the heartless. The time while Dumbo was providing cover fire, Hikaru was directing him left and right while remaining at a stationary altitude as to help him dodge any fire, ice, or thunder attacks. The heartless themselves, aligned in a way that showed the quick firing nocturnes in the front, ice sniping rhapsody in the middle, and thunder striking operas in the rear. Dumbo had let loose his fire onto the nocturnes like canon fodder, as they dispersed within seconds and had their hearts released into the sky. Looking at all the nocturnes now defeating, there were still twenty five or so left, trying to slow them down. But for now all the nocturnes were gone, which was their biggest threat as rhapsodies could only fire within closer ranges, and operas had lower accuracy. By the time Dumbo stopped firing, another four rhapsodies had been defeated, leaving only tewnty two remaining. "One more outta do it." Hikaru lifted up against his head for them to head back to the North side and trail the rhapsodies and operas back to the head of the building, so he could see how the rest of his group was doing. He ripped open another bag and put them under Dumbo's trunk to get him to reload just one more time. Nodding in response to Anora and Luna, he circled around the Northern battlefront in search of the next enemy to take down. The girls were taking care of the minor threats with Beuce and Kel charging wholeheartedly at the larger behemoths. He could go anywhere at this point, but he wanted to attack where he could do the most damage to the opposing force. Not through force but through strategy. Thankfully on his second route, he spotted there, a rather large group of green requiems healing any injured allies. As far as he could remember, the little green pixie-like heartless would do nothing but circle around the battlefield and heal their allies. Nothing more beyond that though. He was happy to at least slow down their healing and make the battle end quicker, so he patted Dumbo's right ear and pointed at the heartless to signal an all out charge! Nodding in response, his ears tightened as he dove down and basted jets of water against them. Hikaru's face lit up as they were being shoved aside like bowling pins. That smile however, quickly faded as they were only shoved and not fully eliminated. As Dumbo pulled back up, Hikaru had to think for a moment on why they weren't fully destroyed. Rounding about for a second strike, he and Dumbo charged down once more to let loose the same powerful jets of water. Dumbo let loose his powerful blast once more, but watched his trunk drizzle in regret as the result was the same. His magic should have been strong enough to wipe them all out in one blast, but they were still standing and healing. It was like it didn't even affect them. "That's it..." he told himself. He looked around Dumbo's collar to find a small bag of peanuts under them. They contained many, but they were part of Dumbo's skill set to fire many small peanuts as an alternate opposition. "This heartless is immune to magic, so we'll just have to go with the physical approach. In knowing that, he placed the bag of peanuts under Dumbo's trunk and let him take in a whole bunch for the gattling attack to be prepared. "Ready?" he asked, watching as Dumbo nodded in reply. "Open fire!" he called out. Dumbo fired his peanut rounds at an astounding five nuts per second, raining down on the heartless dispersing them one by one and having them quickly release their hearts. A much more effective way of eliminating, he was able to get rid of all fifteen of them. "Nicely done," he commented to the elephant, to which he replied with a gleeful toot of his trunk. He looked around for more of the magically immune heartless and spotted the thunder casting yellow operas, blizzard casting blue rhapsodies, and fire casting red nocturnes. Dumbo wouldn't be able to take them all out, but they were bunched together close enough that he could rain down what he could before Dumbo had to reload. Before even giving the order, Dumbo locked onto his targets and fired another round, dispersing three rhapsodies, two operas, and two nocturnes. The heartless had caught wind of what they were doing, and jingled along their merry way to hunt down both Hikaru and his trusted ride. "Seems we've rustled them up... Now let's take em down!" Hikaru rode on Dumbo and had him circle around, gathering all the fire, ice and thunder spell csting heartless, having a wave of nearly fifty heartless, shooting fireballs and casting thunder spells, trying to slow them down with blizzard. Hoping to direct Dumbo where he would get damaed the least, he ripped open another peanut bag, and fed them to him in preparation for the next assault. His allies had already started to battle. Something Hikaru was not necessarily looking forward to, but alas, they needed time before the mirrored portal was up and ready. As he eyed the targets in front of him, he counted at least ten or so different variations of heartless. Shadows were easily cleared, and much of the minor threats were beginning to get picked off with one of close to a dozen behemoths were already being damaged. Since he had yet to contribute, he would focus his efforts on the smaller heartless. The ones where he could exterminate multiple threats at a time. He saw a small group of soldiers stagger and clack across the vast stone ground as they tried to make their way to the steps of the library. "Oh no you don't!" Hikaru yelled out. He pointed out his keyblade and spouted out three quick fire spells, expelling the captured hearts from three of the heartless. His magic had become high enough that his fire spells were strong enough to get rid of 1 heartless per spell. With half his MP depleted, he went on the melee offensive, running down the northern staircase to -perform a few combos against the other soldiers. Still well over a dozen, he slid across the ground until he found one to uppercut into the air, slashing at it a good five times before it was knocked aside. Unfortunately for him, the other soldiers caught sight of it and began to rendezvous with the injured soldier, attempting to take him down as a unit. Hoping to get an aerial advantage, he spun his keyblade as light eminated from it. "Give me strength!" Bubbles exited from the tip of the blade, collecting and shaping itself into a form until Dumbo the elephant appeared in a flash of light and twinkles from water droplets surrounding him. As Hikaru leapt onto the pachyderm, he shrunk a few feet in size so he would be able to ride on the elephant's back. "Open fire!" he commanded, initiating the elephant to hose the soldiers collectively in bursts of water. Soldiers were sprayed back consecutively, damagin some, while destroying others. Needless to say enough were cleared for this job to have been done well enough. Five f the heartless had been defeated from the pressure of the water jets, while a total of nine were still in play. The corner of his mouth receeded to one side, a bit disappointed that he could not do more. But alas, damage had been done and it was a contribution in itself. He patted the side of Dumbo's head, signalling him to rise as he flew around the field in search of somewhere he can do good. He spotted Luna and Anora fighting off some heartless and flew by to recieve some orders or help where they were. "You ladies need a hand?" he asked, as Dumbo's ears continued to flap.
