Leah couldn't resist anymore. She wanted this badly, and she knew that he did, too. She gently wrapped her arms around his neck and pressed her lips to his, kissing him. That strange wave of pleasure shocked through her body, just like before, and she continued to kiss him.

Leah bit her lip to hold back the tears. "I... can't endanger your life like that..." She said, softly. "I hate being a vampire..." She suddenly whispered. "Going through every day, not knowing whether or not you'll hurt somebody... Whether or not somebody will hurt you if they find out what you are... Seeing people flee in fear and hate for you... Having that constant, dry burning in your throat for blood... Never being able to be normal... I hate it... I never asked for something like this..." She paused for a second, realizing that she hadn't meant to say that. Yet, she continued on. "But you were different... You didn't hate me or fear me... You made me feel normal again... But now I'm hurting you, too..." She let go of his hand and stood up from the bed.

Leah opened her eyes and smiled. "It's okay... You have nothing to apologize for," She said, looking down at her hands. "Really, you should be able to tell me how you feel without fear... And besides, that first kiss..." She paused, remembering. "It made me want to do it again, too..." Her words trailed off into a whisper as her eyes started to fill with tears. She tightened her grip on his hand again, without even realizing it.

Hearing him say this, Leah looked down, squeezing his hand tighter. "I'm sorry..." She whispered. "I really wish I could change... But..." She sighed, closing her eyes gently. "I don't want to hurt you..."
She smiled. "I don't mind..." She said softly and took his hand in hers, intertwining their fingers.

Leah shrugged. "We can head out if you want," She said and smiled.

Leah glanced at a clock. "Fifteen minutes, if we want to make it to class on time," She said and smiled.

Leah blushed, slightly. "Thank you..." She said softly and smiled.
Leah smiled. "I am ready," She said. She'd dug through her clothes last night and found a white shirt that's sleveless, besides a string that ties around her neck. She put on a blue, short-sleeved jacket with a printed design on over it and left it unzipped. She'd also put on a pair of bell-bottom blue jeans and white sneakers. It had been around 6 am when she found them, so she'd just decided to get ready ahead of time.
