well i think you used too many Visible C4Ds the colors match the pentooling is pretty good i see you added glow to it, but not very good glow here is how i do it
Duplicate the pentooled layer 2 times so that you have 3 then on the bottom one gaussin blur it by 8.0 set it to addition or screen the middle one gaussin blur it by 17.0 set that layer to addition and on the top gaussin blur it by 4.0 set that layer to addition
over all it was a pretty good sig i would rate it a 8/10
