alright get a brush/render paste it in in the layers dialog, hide it next copy visible and paste to a new layer, or find an image on google in the layers dialog go to the hidden brush/render layer, right click and go to alpha to selection then go back to the copy visible/googled image layer, and go to selelct>invert, then edit>clear, then select>None now you have your clipping mask

i think it is nice, but it all it is is a stock and a bunch af pentooling, and brushing, it has a nice light source, but i don't know, don't add text, but add some more colors, like a gradient map or something
on the second, follow the rule of thirds, i did the same thing when i was a noob at GFX, i still do sometimes, i would say add a C4D or 2, all you did was invert both.
Too many filters, i would say, add more colors to it, and the focal is all messed up, it dosen't really look finished, just take of the filter, and add a few more colors, and fix the focal
and here you go, CnC and i cant really edit it, because to do this i had to flatten, and GIMP only lets me undo so far

do you have a photobucket, if you do why not just upload it there, or if you don't want to do that, if you are using mozzila Firefox, you can right click the image, and open image in new tab, then copy the URL, and paste then put tags on it
