It's between Luxord or Zexion. Luxord can control cards and use them for what he suits. In the other hand Zexion has a book that holds another dimension inside and in which he could copy skills, copy appearance, clone, basically anything he wants! Although for Luxord, he can be 10x as deadly if he uses Terriot cards as his weapon.
Same here. Not only that, but the manga shows alot of character that the game sometimes lack. It especially shows character on the Organization Xiii.
