Sorry to hear that. I send you my best wishes.
You need to totally watch this with your family![DOUBLEPOST=1402020345][/DOUBLEPOST] thank you. if you couldn't tell, movies are my life.
Let's me check my netflix queue for a second...Sorry that these recommendations are a bit disorganized... Spoiler: netflix dump Breaking Bad Puella Magi Madoka Magica Company: A Musical Comedy Safety Not Guarenteed Pain And Gain Broadway Idiot A Necessary Death (go into this one without knowing anything about it. it's a lot better that way) Bernie Princess Jellifish How I Met Your Mother (the last season isn't on there, but you can skip it since it's a waste of time) That 70's Show God Bless America The Cabin in The Woods The Devils Carnival Zoolander Best Worst Movie Bates Motel Ouran High School Host Club Bo Burnham: What Scrubs It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia The Producers Don Jon Fullmetal Alchemist Stitches Sadako The Silence of the Lambs My Bride is a Mermaid American Horror Story (season 1 is okay, season 2 is better, but season 3 is the best thus far, but isn't on netflix yet) Metalica: Through The Never Confessions of a Superhero Dear Zachary (this is one of those movies you can only watch once)
Finally! Thank you! Someone said it so I didn't have to be that guy. I mean, EEnE was an okay show, but honestly, I don't remember actually liking it. I would watch it because I felt like I was supposed to because that's what programming they had for kids at the time. And Teen Titans...I didn't really appreciate that when I was younger, and I feel I missed an opportunity. So many good story lines!
My biggest worry is that it will be filled with nothing but fan service. What I mean is that they try way too hard to give the fans what they think the fans want instead of telling a good story. I mean, they already did that with DDD with bringing back Axel/Lea. Now, I liked him in Chain of Memories and as well in KH2, but bringing him back for DDD just felt like a big ass pull and and it overall doesn't add to anything. It was strictly for the Axel fangirls in my mind. Of course, fan service includes any connection with Star Wars/Marvel films. Actually, I'm not too fond of any kind of involvement with Pixar either, or at least Pixar pre-being bought by Disney. I mean, these franchises are fine on their own, but they're just don't have that Disney spirit a lot of the worlds have in the series.
I heard that in one of the newer reboots that they explain that Scooby is an alien and that's why he can talk.

I'm kinda torn on this. On one hand, he did do this when he was a teenager. People do and say some stupid stuff when they're young. Like the previous joke about the chainsaw. Now, I would be more on his side if what he was doing was actually funny. There's a way to tell these jokes, but a dumb 14 year old kid just doesn't have the delivery. And it's cool he apologized, but I feel that it was probably mostly scripted, like he was forced to do it so he can avoid any more flack. Now, I heard a good comment on it from someone saying (i'm paraphrasing) "if someone does something dumb when they're younger, but they are a good person when they're an adult, I'd let it slide. However, if the adult in question isn't that good of a person, he doesn't get my sympathy". And I fully agree with this. He's done some illegal stuff, and now he's an adult, who should clearly know better. All I've learned from this is that Bieber should never do comedy.
I think that happened for me because it was so over exposed (pun not intended). After a certain point, the fan service becomes white noise. For me, the anime was okay. It was good in the beginning, lagged like crazy in the middle, but it had a really fun third act (although, I feel the show took itself too seriously at points).
I actually follow a lot of Creepy Pasta narrators, so I heard about this early on yesterday. And actually, it reminded me of a similar story in Japan from several years ago that people went crazy for. A young elementary school girl stabbed her friend to death at the school, and the police found that she frequented a horror-style site called "The Red Room". I feel that the two do deserve to be tried as adults though, and I know that's unpopular. Yes, they're minors, but they made a very adult decision and knew what they were doing. These two girls won't be able to live normal lives outside of the jail system if they're able to get away with it. I'm just glad that the young girl who was stabbed is stable and safe from harm. It's going to be a long road to recovery, but if she's able to keep going after this much, I feel that she could do it. There's a charity being ran by Creepy Pasta Narrators who are trying to help the young girl. http://www.youcaring.com/nonprofits/narrators-u-nighted/186764
The hell it is. I was lost through half of Oriemo season 2 because I hadn't seen the season 1 OVAs.
It's Benny (voiced by Charlie Day) from The Lego Movie.
