Normally before you get to stylizing anything, it's good to understand the proper structure of what you want to stylize first, that way you can accentuate/stylize whatever part of its structure to your appeal. It's much easier this way. Anyway keep practicing. :3

It's way too light. This particular effect could give the image an airy, frail feeling. Just make it a bit more visible next. Kay, since I saw jacksh!t, I took this to Photoshop and darkened the image. And I have to saw, this is globally really well done. The body proportions itself pretty much fit, so well done there. There seems to be a very minor perspective issue with her bottom half, but it's nothing drastic so I think I'll leave it be. Good job again.
