I think that's a good idea, and I think many people that have posted in here don't even realize that people have to go through months or even a whole year of being trained how to drive safely and how to stay within the law. It's not like you just pick up the keys and drive. If people are taught at an earlier age, then they will grow up with a lot more knowledge about it.
I liked the RE:COM version, cos Axel made the job seem so easy, and it makes him look more evil than Saix :D
