Sora exhaled softly and leaned forward a little, his forehead lightly touching hers. "I'm glad," he said softly, his voice still a whisper. He didn't want to see her upset at all, but he was thankful that he could at least help...even if just a tiny bit.

Sora's eyes softened at the sadness in Kairi's eyes, knowing that he had brought up a touchy subject. He gently moved his right hand out of Kairi's and lightly set it against her cheek, his soft blue eyes gazing into hers. "I'm sorry I can't just make the pain disapear," Sora whispered softly, slowly blinking his eyes before looking into Kairi's eyes again.

"...And it's not just that," Sora continued, his voice a little softer than before. "I could hear the emotions in your in voice yesterday...both audibly and during the other times we spoke." He was referring to the conversations they had in their hearts...when they had been seperated. He remembered the sadness, terror, and sorrow he had heard in her voice, mainly at the moment she was first taken away from him.
