Wow, well, you had my age (13) when this happened, so I think I know what are you talking about. I can imagine at least. I think I understand what you're talking too. There are family and there are friends. Most important? The ones you love, being or not being family. I'm only sure that would die for three persons, Lexibrag, Evil Twin and Trulyyy (funny nicknames, aren't they?), they are my bests friends, since I met them, when I was 3. I really care about others peoples too, but those three are the ones I would give my life. If I lose others, I'll feel really sad too, of course. So I kinda feel the same way.

I'm not too sure, but theirs equipaments went back to your inventory as well? I remember that in games of Square Enix when someone from your party leaves, all their equipament is back to your inventory. If yes, the answer is because you can be using something that give a AP plus into the character. And the characters will pass of the theirs limits to AP. I do not know, I never equip anything in anyone besides Sora, Donald, Goofy and Riku. xD But even if you're not using one of those acessories, all the abilities will automatically unequipeds. Edit: And I remember that when Goofy is hit by the rock, all the equipament he's using went back to my inventory.
