Borealfelt worse than Eren Jaeger getting the **** kicked out of him by Levi. He could taste blood in his mouth from where his teeth were forced to bite deep into the side of his mouth. It was as if someone had set the inside of his mouth aflame. He held the blood in though, and let the ***** talk. He stared her down, unfazed by her words. He wasn't going to back down to this trumped up street girl. No chance. He'd have a bit of vengeance instead. When she leaned in closer, he spat the blood on to her face.
"Do you want to back up that claim? I've got nothing else to live for, so why don't you just try it? In fact, we'll make a bet." Boreal taunted. "You cut me up, you win. I live through it and you can sit in these chains at my mercy instead. Won't that be nice? Imagine that, you, the Guild's ***** brought so low."

He smiled. Oh how naive he was.
"I think you far, far overestimate me. I can't solve any problem. And as for how... I couldn't tell you. I suppose I just stay quiet and calm, allow people to talk and interfere as little as possible. Say small words of encouragement where necessary. But even still, that's only a start. And it doesn't work for everyone. Not everyone can be helped Jack, they just need time to figure themselves out, and an occasional point in the right direction. It comes with age I suppose. While not old, I'm likely one of the oldest here besides Evanora." He explained. A curious question to ask, to say the least. "And as for me being a good Guild Master, I wouldn't be able to say. I've never really wanted the position, I've been happy with Evanora here. But thank you, it's nice to know I make a good impression. I do try."

That... That never occurred to him. Immediately, it hit him exactly what he had been doing. Oh Gods... What have I done? No... It can't be, it can't... No... How could I have been so foolish? How didn't I see it before...? I've made a mistake. Surely he understands, if he's still in there? Surely he would know that I only tried this for a good reason, for justice and... No. He left me behind, didn't he? He left me for Dale, and that blasted woman. Why do I even care? Why should I even care? The ******* left me to die! Boreal would show no signs of the inner pain and turmoil to this woman though. Unfortunately for her, he heard their conversation. They didn't move far enough away. Now it was time for a little payback. He looked up at her, his lips curled in a snarl.
"I see now why they call you the Witch of the Tower, Mikasa." Boreal spat on her boot. "No wonder you envy the others. How could Caliborn possibly love you like this? You make me sick, talking down at a man in this state. Release me from these chains and then say that to my face, see how that goes for you."

"The glorious highs of revenge and justice Mikasa. You ought to try it some time." He joked, putting on the coolest air possible. He'd not show himself to be weak. He co-operated before because it suited him, and he wanted her to realise that he would behave exactly as suited him. "In all seriousness, that demon was responsible for the death of my father and many, many more besides. You could say that my father's death made it personal. Is it not the role of a son to avenge his father? Even an unwanted one? Is it not the role of the strong to protect the weak? That demon could have been released for far, far more nefarious purposes. Do you know who brought Deliora to this world, Mikasa? Zeref. Arguably one of the most powerful dark wizards ever to have lived, and will live. He has cultists all over the land, people trying to revive him, people trying to collect his artifacts, all sorts. And you think, for a moment, that one of those groups when they find out about Deliora, they won't go looking? I would have destroyed the demon, but now because of your guild and your interference those cultists might actually release and try to bind Deliora to their will. Worse, it may even release itself and escape. Nothing to restrain it, nothing to kill it, the people on the island will die and then the nearest cities will follow. All because you people wouldn't help me. Working together we might actually have been able to. Locked away in that ice, it must be weakened, its life force drained. Now your Guild Master is going to take the matter to your vaunted Magic Council. Yes, the Magic Council. The council of inaction! Where were they when Deliora appeared the first time? Where will they be when it comes again?" Boreal spoke passionately, vehemently. With belief. Oh, and just one more thing.
"And don't even think of comparing me to my brother." Boreal spat. "if you think he and I are alike, then you are most mistaken. He and I may share appearances, but I am not him. Dale never had any ambition or driving purpose. He's had it all. Now he just wastes away listlessly here. I'm beyond that, I've researched, I've strived to be something better and I succeeded. I decided that I would do something with my life. I would kill Deliora. Nobody would know. A quiet victory. Something that would go unsung throughout the ages but I would know. I would be able to be proud and that's what counts. And then I could have moved on, done something like be part of a Guild like this I suppose. Tried to become master of that even. Where else can one go from slaying a powerful demon, other than aim to the top? Perhaps I could even take myself to the Magic Council and drive them to take action rather than sitting there uselessly. So you see, I am not like Dale. I'm what he could have been, if he actually cared to try. I'm the son that our father wanted, not him!" When he finished, he realised he had been ranting. He breathed heavily, trying to get his breath back from the speech he had just given Mikasa. Maybe she would see now, see some sense unlike the rest of these people![DOUBLEPOST=1433268939][/DOUBLEPOST][IMG]

"Yes, Siuan, Zarine and Elayne are fine. I'm not sure which Guild handled it, but Zarine sent me a message telling me that she was glad we helped and that we found other help for them." Caliborn answered, thankful for the ease of the question. It would be hard to find anything more stressful to answer, but he was immediately cautious when Jack wanted to ask him something personal. "Yes, I suppose. What do you want to ask?" What the devil does Jack want to do with me, and my private life?

"I've always been quite awake, thank you." Boreal replied. He could keep he waiting a little while, it wouldn't be a problem for him. He needed to get his energy back and then he could try and bust out of here. Actually, he may as well start trying to talk to her now. "So, what was all that about? I noticed you were talking to somebody else."

He watched Mikasa go and smiled at her as she left. He looked at the city from the top of the tower from a moment. What a view. He thought to himself. If he hadn't flown higher, he'd say it was like being at the top of the world. Thinking about it, most of these wizards would never know what it was like to go beyond the clouds as he had done. They'd never see the beauty of the world from on high, to fly alongside the birds and know what he supposed was true freedom. His brief musing aside, he leaped off the roof. The sudden exhilaration filled him with energy and the wind rushed through his hair and blasted his ears as gravity did its work. Before he hit anything, he shifted into Mist Body and flew in through the window. Falling made things much, much quicker. He formed back into human shape in the center of the hall and looked around. No Cal yet. She was bound to return to the Guild Hall eventually. For now, he would wait.

"Because you and I have worked together, we passed the trials together and we've been on missions and succeeded together. That's why. You've not let me down before." Caliborn answered. It pained him a little to see his friend in such obvious pain. He didn't think that there was much he could do for her really. Nothing that she would appreciate. He certainly couldn't take her hand or hug her, that would go down poorly. All he had for her were words; Encouragement and truth perhaps, but nothing that could really make a tangible difference.

With all that was going on out there, he was getting a very, very interesting show going on. The bad tempered one was obviously very, very insecure. Perhaps he could use that to his advantage. IF she wanted to know how to play nice, perhaps he could manipulate her into letting him out or putting a good word in for him with Evanora. Or even better, ask her to leave for a moment. Given a bit more time he could just reform his Ice Wings and leave. It wouldn't be that much trouble. All he needed to do was either open a window or just bust through one of them and put in a new pane of glass. She'd left a fair few lying around so, what difference would a few more shards of broken glass and a missing pane make. She didn't seem to be the overly orderly kind to him.

"Things may change, with time and effort. You've never acted any differently in public, so what else are people supposed to think? It's our actions, not the inner thoughts that define us to those outside. If you truly want to be thought of as kind like Johanna, then perhaps you should see what they act like and try to be like them. Not the same of course, but like them. Things can change, with time and effort though. It won't come in a day, nor a week. It could take months, but if you try you can change." Caiborn explained. I wonder how long she's been feeling like this? "For what it's worth, I believe in you." It was true. They had been good friends for many years. He firmly believed that she could change, do things. She was driven when she wanted to be, and if she truly wanted to things could be different for her. It just depended on her actions.

"Not like Cal? Is that what this is about? Mikasa, I've barely even spoken to the girl and I've just got to give this mask of her's back. That's it. I don't even know what this mask is. Or anything about her." Caliborn exclaimed. What the... Where is she getting all this from? What's going on in that head of her's? There's nothing that could possibly be construed from any interaction. He sighed. "I don't understand where you're getting the idea from. I don't see why you're getting worked up over this. I have to ask- Why does it matter? Is there something you want to say to me?"

Ah. That would explain a lot. It seemed that there was something bothering her. She was very, very insecure inside and it looked like it was about this. In a cruel way, it made sense to him. She was always a difficult one and she did have attitude problems. Dale was in trouble for the very sake kind of behaviour that Mikasa expressed. But she was S-Class, and Dale was unworthy. This was going to be a very delicate situation. It was going to be very, very difficult to handle.
"You're not perfect. You've got your reputation of being the tough one, the uncompromising one. But just because that's what you're known for, as you're showing me right now, that's not everything. You're not just the 'Witch of the Tower'. The Witch of the Tower wouldn't tell me about this, would she?" He'd try this angle first. Try to get her to see that there was more to her than just the tough act. Even if he had helped her get S-Class, Evanora must have seen something in her that afforded her enough to get in. She was talented, but there had to be more to it than that surely? He had faith that she had a good heart somewhere in there, even if she didn't often show it.

"We're friends Mikasa, partners, team mates. All the way back to the trials, before that a while." Caliborn answered. She hadn't quite closed up, but things had changed. She was taking a different angle now. Why would she ask that though? We've all known each other for years.

Caliborn was almost shocked. After all these years, he'd never seen Mikasa like this. He felt a pang of regret for bringing this up, it was clearly something that upset her. Normally he would have put his arm around someone, but he wasn't sure whether that was the right thing to do here at the moment. Perhaps, perhaps not.
"It's alright Mikasa," He said softly and quietly. "You can talk to me if you want, I'm here for you." He was still debating as to whether it was right to put an arm around her. He didn't really know how to handle Mikasa that well unfortunately.

Vance turned away, he didn't need the judgement of some undead warmongerer. His advice was perhaps prudent however. But some things just weren't possible. Vance was Vance and nothing was going to change that.

"I'll talk to Dale about it at some point. Merely wished to speak my thoughts aloud." Caliborn replied, a little put off by her talk of all there being left being death. She was... Grim at times their Mikasa. "Mikasa, are you alright? Ever since the island you've seemed... Irritated. Is there something bothering you?" The answer to this would be undoubtedly interesting.

"Alright, go on then. Thanks Johanna, for everything." Dale nodded. He smiled at her. "I'll take a few minutes to calm down. I don't want to storm in there fuming again, that's not going to help my case much is it?" And thus, he watched her go, before heading to his room. When he got there, he sat down and thought about something he could do and then decided. He would make something for Johanna. He thought of the last bird he had bought for her, a Nightingale and began to make a little ice statuette of it for her. He paid extra close attention to the details, not wanting to make a single mistake for her.

"As well as might be expected. You know everything pretty much, apart from the fact that Dale got in trouble for his little stunt. Now, until he's proved himself he needs to be supervised before he goes on a mission by one of us S-Classes. I can see why she did it, and I'm disappointed in him, but it seems to be more of a burden on us than it does on him. We may as well let him have free rein and instead keep an eye on his conduct. Perhaps the better way is to have an S-Class discreetly observe his behaviour rather than forcing him to tag along. Admittedly, it still slows us down but still- We can't verify a change in behaviour if he knows he's being watched can he?" Caliborn mused. "I do wonder where he left his senses though. He knew full well the trouble he was going to get into for that. Why would he do it? Overall... It seems like a bad idea. Did myself and Edric not train that recklessness out of him? We couldn't sort out his temper but I thought we had dealt with his more irrational actions."

"I can do that..." Dale smiled as she rested her head on his chest. He liked having her close like this, it was comforting. He tussled her hair with his hand a bit before lightly holding her. He had released the tight grasp, so she could go when she was ready, but he still held her. He looked at her there, close to him. She's beautiful, he thought to himself. I hope we do this more often, for happier reasons that aren't the risk of my death.

"Come a bit closer, unless you want Boreal to here what we're talking about." Caliborn suggested, speaking from a practical point of view. It only occurred to him after he said it that Mikasa could take it differently. If she did then, well, that would explain everything.

"I- I-" Dale sputtered. He didn't know what to say, but he knew immediately what to do. Dale put his arms around Johanna and held her tightly in a hug. He felt her arms tighten around him, and he felt increasingly worse and worse as she cried. Combined with the already high emotional tension going on at the moment, it didn't take long for him too to break down into tears. "I'm sorry... I'm so sorry... How, how can I make it up to you? I didn't... I didn't realise or think... Blood- Johanna I'm sorry..." Dale let himself weep. It was okay, she was there. It was all going to be okay. I can't pull that kind of stunt again. I just can't. I can't upset her like this again. Bloody hell... I should have realised... I knew I was going to come back and I hoped that she'd be proud of me...
""It's okay... I'm here... I'm here." He said, trying to comfort her.

Well she was a subtle woman. He rubbed his neck and massaged it after his wild ride through the skies at the hands of the frankly devilish Mikasa. There were a disturbing amount of glass panes in the room, leading him to believe that this was disturbingly frequent. He looked outside and saw quite the view. At least this tower had a vie- He burst out laughing all of a sudden.
"And here I thought it was the princess that was supposed to be locked in the tower by the evil witch." He commented. Then he remembered. She's still here... Oh dear. "Uh oh. Don't hurt me too badly, please?" Boreal stood up straight and prepared to get hurt.

Caliborn had a vague suspicion that something was wrong, and it happened exactly when he mentioned Cal. He made a mental note to himself to therefore ask Cassandra about these things rather than Mikasa. Was she really that obsessive and insecure? He began to have serious worries over his colleague wizard. Mikasa was... A nice girl... Sometimes. She just had a bad attitude and he wasn't entirely sure why. He had never asked, so maybe he would. He would have at that moment, but not only did Mikasa charge through the window with the grace of a rampaging rhinoceros in a china shop, but Boreal had to make a clever comment. Caliborn winced in advance, and attempted to distract her.
"Mikasa, if you have a moment I'd like to ask you something." Caliborn said.

Caliborn nodded. He knew better than to question Evanora's judgement on such matters. He pocketed the mask to keep it safe.
"As you say, Evanora." He nodded and went on a magical quest to go find Mikasa. Aka, he just went into Mist Body and flew to her brooding tower where he found her seated upon the roof as usual. He landed gracefully next to her.
"I hate to interrupt you when you're resting, but Evanora wants you. Dragging Boreal off to the dungeons." He reported. "Oh, and do you have any idea where to find Cal? I have to give something back to her, Evanora's orders."

"I see, very well. I respect your judgement." Boreal said, acting the perfect prisoner. He would bide his time. There would come a time when he could surely talk his way out of this. After all, he was himself and his research may be useful to Sapphire Eclipse. "Before I go, I should warn you. The Moon Drip ritual that I performed has weakened Deliora's restraints. For the sake of other people, since I won't be available to destroy it, I suggest you send some people to either destroy him, or reform the barriers to keep him sealed away. This wouldn't have been a problem, however by the time you intervened the ritual was too far gone to be stopped entirely. Given time, Deliora while weak may break free. And when he does, you must be ready. I would advise defeating him before that. If there is anything you wish to know about the Moon Drip ritual and such, feel free to ask. Since you're dragging me off to a cell you may as well ask any questions you've got should you have the time."

Dale nearly, nearly snapped at the person, but then he recognised Johanna's voice. For once, he managed to catch himself. He was in enough trouble already, he didn't want to make this any worse. Besides, she was probably very disappointed with him anyway at the moment, he didn't need to make her any angrier with him. He dearly hoped she wasn't going to say anything too rough. He didn't feel particularly emotionally stable, if he ever was. Maybe she could already see that in his eyes, maybe she couldn't.
"Hi, Johanna." Dale said, trying to keep himself together.

"If that's what you think, then so be it." Dale snapped turning away. He reached into his pocket and pulled out something and threw it on the ground. "This was on Cal. She used it to fight us. She betrayed us. Now if you'll excuse me I'll take my leave." Dale stalked off into another part of the guild's castle. He didn't have any direction in mind, he just went.

"From what I've heard from the others, and the recently departed Dale," Caliborn began, watching his student storming off angrily. Dale, why? Just... Why? He picked up the mask that Dale had rather unceremoniously thrown to the floor. "Calxiyn supposedly betrayed them. She decided to throw her lot in with Boreal and wore this mask to fight them. It possessed her of great magical strength and she made herself quite the pain for the guild members. Then, the conflict turned to Boreal. Boreal himself appears to have been fighting to free Deliora in revenge for his and Dale's father's death. Dale clearly disagreed with this as we just heard and Boreal it seems has a grudge against Dale prompting a conflict during which many people were injured, which I can attest to having arrived at the very end and seeing the results. He's a magically powerful force, I can say that much. To take out that many wizards and injure Dale so heavily, he's not a force to be lightly reckoned with. I think any S-Class here could handle him, but he would certainly give anything less than S-Class wizards a lot of trouble." As if by mention of Deliora and his quest for revenge, Caliborn suddenly felt Boreal throw himself off his back and land on the ground heavily.

It wasn't hard to appraise the situation. He was in a hall, with a lot of wizards. Including Calxiyn, Ra, Charlotte... All of the ones from the island and more. And what must have been the Guild Master, Evanora who Cal had mentioned.
"Guild Master Evanora, is it? My name is Boreal." He said smoothly, wiping himself down. I'm going to need to talk fast to get out of trouble here. She was heavy handed with Dale and he just broke their rules, what she could do with me... I wouldn't want to find out. "I don't deny any of this. I wanted to destroy Deliora forever, banish it in the name of justice and to avenge my father. I see now that this was foolish, and that I was misguided in my actions. I should have respected my father's sacrifice." There was one thing he always had better than Dale- His ability to lie. He was sincere, in fact he doubted anyone would suspect. Perhaps the Galuna people, but he was used to putting on a show. These people had got in his way, he respected their power and skill and grudgingly admitted his brother had talent, if unelegant in nature. He was not however, happy with his father's sacrifice. Deliora needed to be destroyed. And worse, the Moon Drip had weakened the shell before it was complete. He could be released at any moment, any time. It was just a matter of when. That was something that they hadn't realised when they just left the island. The Iced Shell around Deliora could well be broken by it now, in theory. He would tell them that later. For now, he just had to negotiate his way out of the bad side of Evanora.

Dale frowned and looked up at her. After what he had just been through, with his own half-brother trying to murder him, he didn't plan on standing for this Johanna and Caliborn and the rest of them be damned!
"So, I get home after nearly getting murdered by my frankly insane half-brother and this is what I get? Hell, this is what I get for leading people on a mission that saved countless people! Do you even know what we found there Evanora? Deliora? Remember hearing about that. Giant demon, killed countless people up North, my father sacrificed himself to kill and now you are having a go at me, punishing me, for stopping Boreal in his madness freeing a goddamn demon to try and kill it and avenge our father? He'd have failed and then what? It wreaks havoc upon everything? We, the guild have to risk our lives to stop it?" Dale was on the very verge of shouting. "And you know what? We did it. I ****ed up, I broke a rule and I shouldn't bloody well do it again but you know what, I think that what we did warrants a little more credit and a little less whinging about some bloody rule that I broke! I'm still that good candidate you thought I was. I'm not perfect, but then again I'm not the one stealing boats when I said we should go find one, was I? I was the one who actually called them out on their actions, and you know what the rest of them did? Laughed it off! Actually, a little something else for you- Feel free to ask anyone who went to Galuna. I saved their lives during that mission. I was the reason we succeeded, I kept them alive through the hardest bloody battle of my life against my own family! They'll back me up there! I'm not perfect, but I don't deserve this ****ing humiliation you're making me suffer through here!"

Edric was immediately distracted from the crying Zéphyrine. As soon as Evanora declared her judgement on Dale, he winced. When Dale shouted back, then things got serious. He didn't even notice her slipping away.
"Oooh ****." He said. "You done ****ed up there laddie..."

Edric frowned, growing very, very suspicious. Now, he liked a drink, he liked a massage and he liked a woman. But he knew when they were laying it on thick and this, this was about as thick as it got. He wasn't an idiot. Sure, he drank a lot but what she might not have realised was something simple- He just hadn't had much to drink today. Well this is probably a good time for this. I ain't plastered outta my head.
"Look laddie and lass, I knoo when someone is layin' it on thick. Yer trying to get somethin' outta me, probably distract me and while I might be a drinker, an' a fool at times, I ain't that much of a fool." He stood up again and looked at her, raising his eyebrows. "i'll ask ya again, an' I'll give ya a chance. Yer've shoown me ya ent too bad at the whole wizarding business. Ye sit doon wi'me here no tricks an' talk straight with me, and E'll talk with Evanora fer ya. We can set ya up some treeals if ya want. Not especially pleased at how this Malkira decided to lecture him, he drew himself up to full height, despite the golem towering over him by far and stood his ground.
"Of course I do, but who are you to question my methods? You may be right, you may be wrong, but frankly I do things my way and my way alone as is my right!" Suddenly, Vance sneered. "And if your soldiers were so perfect and loyal and effective, then you wouldn't be interred in this golem would you? Pretty sure it wasn't old age that killed you, was it, Malkira the Ravager? Perhaps Malkira the Ravaged would be more appropriate for you at the moment. Look here, I have my ways and I do not have to listen to anything you say. My talent is natural. They followed me once and they may well follow again. You saw it yourself, and you co-operated didn't you? I think what happened out there speaks for itself doesn't it?"

    [IMG][IMG]

"Galuna Island. There are a few things that you need to know about. Two of these things concern people from this guild. Namely Dale and Calxiyn. We'll deal with Dale first if you don't mind Evanora, but I think he's the more pressing case at this time. He and his half brother."

"Now then, Dale you knew that the Galuna Island mission was S-Class, didn't you? And that guild members who are not S-Class, even you, aren't meant to take those jobs are they?"

    "No. They're not."

"So why then Dale? I didn't think you'd be so reckless."

"Because I needed it. It paid well, and I've been low on money. I thought we could do it. Take a few guild members out there, with me there and some of the finest new wizards Sapphire Eclipse has available to them I thought it would be fine. We could divide up the reward and everyone could be proud of themselves."

Vance walked around the guild hall, trying to find something to do with himself with mixed success. Less than that truthfully. There just weren't many people he could really... Associate with. He was having a hard time spotting people to talk to in the big room, people there were desirable at any rate. There were plenty of fairly unsavoury or otherwise scruffy looking characters around but beyond that, there really was very little.

Caliborn rolled his eyes. He would have to talk to Mikasa about that later, as amusing as it was. He wasn't able to not smile at that, despite the severity of the situation because it was always amusing to him, seeing people with such overbearing pride brought down like that. It was really quite something. The boat journey wasn't too long or arduous and they were soon back at the guild hall. That's when things were going to get very interesting for certain characters who had not escaped trouble by staying quiet and out of the way. He had never seen Dale look abashed about anything, but he somehow managed it although whether it was genuine or not was another matter. He liked Dale, he was a good man at heart and a good student he felt, but all people had their flaws and his was trying to cover up disobedience and having no restraint with lying if it meant avoiding trouble. This however, was not a situation he was ever going to get out of. As soon as they were back in the guild, he felt Boreal stirring. That meant it was time to have a chat.
    "Dale, come with me."

"Dale come with me." Dale gulped. ****. I didn't think I'd get out of it. It looks like Boreal is coming round... To Evanora... Here goes something... Dale followed Caliborn to Evanora, who requested that they go to her office immediately for a more private conversation between them. He shot a glance at Boreal. What are they going to do with him? They can't be keeping him around surely, after trying to release Deliora? That would be madness. We should turn him over to the authorities immediately. It's safer that way. He won't be able to free Deliora from a cell.

"Mmph, mneh. Demon... Deliora... Die... Ugghhh... Brother... Out of my way... Ugghh." The semi lucid Boreal groaned.

"It's not your fault Jack." She said sullenly, sitting down looking miserable. It was nice of him, to call her friend but she wasn't paying attention to that right now. It didn't matter. Not at the moment. "There's nothing you could have done. Or any of us really. Except me. I had the power you know? My abilities..." She activated the Barrier Surge shield around her to demonstrate. It only made her regret not doing it more honestly. She could have done something, saved him. If only she had used this.
"I could have used this. It protects me from harm. I could have gone in there, into the fire and freed Eric using -" She explained, but stopped when Jack took her hand. She yanked it away. He was talking again, asking her if we wanted to go to the funeral.
"Yes, I want to visit his funeral, but I'll do it alone! I don't need you and your pity!" She snapped. She stood up sharply, the chair making a loud grating noise as the legs were dragged noisily over the floor by the swiftness of her standing. What does he think he's doing, touching me like that at a time like this! I didn't give him permission, I didn't even make it out like I wanted it. Honestly! No wonder Sara was so frustrated with him! Alessia turned and walked away from him. If only there was someone sane around here that wasn't trying to make advances or something!

Something had been bugging him the whole way back from the mission, and it had only just dawned on him. He had seen the trials to get into the guild. There was the Snooty Noble, the Chiller Noble, Gloves guy and Key Bint 2.0 and Greek Letter Bloke. But there certainly wasn't Gender Shifting Street Performer Man-Lady. He would have remembered someone like that for sure. So he decided to deal with it.
"Oi, Gender Shiftin' Street Performer person!" Edric called, heading straight for Zéphyrine. He folded his arms while looking at her. "I don't knoo if ya knoo, but we have triuls here ta get inta the guild. I woulda remembered someone like ye, sa tell me- Who are ya, and what are ya doin' in oor Guild, and on oor missions?"
