Hm, I always thought that this is because there is no character who can equip it? But to the story's side, this may be because Sora wouldn't kill heartless with a Sword.
Phantom is a Emblem Heartless which has no body. It source of power is the hearts he gather, and his weak point is his orb. When he do that Doom Spell, he seems like he eats the person's heart, and that heart makes him stronger.
I think it's just a way to say that the people was more connected, and when the darkness arrived, the people began to be more evil and mean. Due this, they start to "disconnect", in other words, hate, envy, rage... all those feeling starts to separate everybody.
I believe is a different ending of Kingdom Hearts II. But I also believe it's what could be in Kairi/Sora/Riku's heart. They arriving home.
Oh yeah, that happened to me with Kingdom Hearts I too, not just Kingdom Hearts II. Again, Spoiler this is why I have 2 Kingdom Hearts I as well! =P

It's. A. Neighbor. Always wanted to say that. Back to topic; Maybe I wanted to say "something bad" instead. It holds some emotional value to someone, so it can't be "just" something, it's more than that, even if it's a tree. I would be really upset if someone burned my T-shirt that all my friends signed on my last school's year (I'm saving a T-shirt to use next year to it), for example. A tree or not a tree, it's a live being right? It may not be an animal but it's living. And trees are important to the World. I'm just saying that there must have a way to end this problem with the tree alive and the neighbor happy.

Well, yes...? For us, that plan was a little... much for nothing. But to him it was like a great plan, especially because his goal was re-open that thing. Doing the plan, Sora would unlock and he would be happy.
Well I have many favorites character that I can't just decide. There are Roxas, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Sora, Riku, Mickey, Donald, Goofy... I can't pick one, I like them all!
Yeah, it would be cool. When I first saw The World That Never Was in Kingdom Hearts I Secret Ending, I really wanted to start playing Kingdom Hearts II and see if that world is there waiting for me. Then I found out that the city part of this world are just... 4 places, right? But then I found out that the big castle at least was worth of being in the biggest World in Kingdom Hearts II.

Well, Pooh Bear is a Disney's character for kids. Pooh and kids are a little... naive, let's put in that way. While "grow ups" can see Pooh stealing and being selfish, little kids can see him being somebody happy that occasionally finds honey over here and there. When I see those both sides, I can only say that Disney expects kids to "be naive" and just see that he's eating and having fun with his friends. Last week I don't know why I wanted to watch the Movie Pokemon Mewtwo strikes back again. When I was little, I remember that I didn't notice anything weird and crazy. But now I realized that what Ash and his friends did to get on the Best Pokemon Master's palace is nonsense and crazy, but when kid I didn't realized that. It's 100% fake. Though I agree the image is cool, it's from hack of Kingdom Hearts II, I believe.
