Hmmm, I think they are two different things. The real of Nothingness is... somewhere that doesn't exist, I believe. Where you Spoiler fight with Xemnas in KHII is this realm. When Sora and Riku walk a little, that place bring them to another Realm, the Realm of Darkness. Where the Heartless are, where I believe the darkness is born. EDIT: Spoiler Birth by Sleep is already on my list too!

Never played Crisis Core, or don't know if there is something like type-0; but I knew that there is a FF of Zack, because I saw him in Spoiler khbbs . I want to play this one with Zack, Crisis Core right?! I have the one that Vicent is there. Never finished that game, though. Full of great scenes, one of them I really like is Yuna dancing.

...Yeah I must agree with this. A lot of sleights are a good option, if you think that you won't be able to defeat him by brute force. He is really fast, really really fast. So you need to be careful and dodge roll while take the cards to the sleights. A great to use them is when you're going to do a Card Break. This counts with both Larxene and Riku.

I agree with red. I don't have Final Mix version of Kingdom Hearts II, but I finish the game with the 100% Journal and using 100% Kingdom Key. And yeah, still someone did this probably.
