You can see Xemnas giving Roxas his name in a FM+ scene, and it was in the PV. I think, when he was born he either ended up in The World That Never Was or Twilight Town. I think TWTNW, because after Riku fought him the second time he brought him to DiZ/Ansem, and he sent him to the virtual twilight town. Before he was teleported or whatever he was in his Org. Cloak, and in the virtual TT he was in those regular clothes. Basically if you gather up the things about the Roxas vs. Riku fight it might say something, but not all.
