No, he isn't using a diff computer. There is a certain program that scrambles your IP address, so even if someone got IP banned, they could easily make a new account and post porn again and again. Easiest solution would be to just wait it off & ignore him completely, banning him is kinda like feeding a troll... So just wait and see if he gets bored; going somewhere else to post his filth...
