Not completely sure, but I believe you need 100% Paragon/Renegade to make them like you again. At least for the Jack/Miranda argument. For the Tali thing, which do you mean: at the Fleet when there's an option after you go clear out the geth or the fight with Legion she has after you beat both their loyalty missions?
