Ohey that's the same video card I have. GTX 550 Ti. It's pretty great, I can play most of the games I own on the highest settings with minor or no lag (I'm also on 1366x768).
Maybe not a really good PC. If it runs on PS3 and 360, then a decent ($500+ gaming PC) should probably be able to play it with medium settings (that's what I'm assuming the PS3/360 play on, maybe High). Depending on resolution as well.
