Namine whimpered, both out of fear and pain. She tried to move, but any attempts to escape were quickyl stopped by Smith's tight grasp on her arm. She felt him slide her phone out of her back pocket and she shut her eyes tightly, not liking having him so close. Smith pulled out the phone, raising it to his face before speaking into it. "Hello, Roxas. If you ever want to see your girlfriend again, you will meet me tomorrow morning at the corner of 6th avenue and Washington street with Kairi. At 4:25 AM, I will give you your precious nobody for the princess."
Yeah, that makes me happy. 8D
Namine's eyes widened at Roxas' voice, and this time, it was much louder than before. And Smith noticed as well, his stance changing when he heard the voice. He hurried forward and grabbed onto Namine's arm, roughly pulling her forward before going behind her, twisting her arm behind her back. Namine cried out in pain, the girl squeezing her eyes shut in discomfort. Smith kept Namine in that position as he looked down her figure, noticing her cell phone in her back pocket. He chuckled slightly, though it wasn't as free as before. "Smart girl," he said with a soft chuckle, bringing down his free hand and starting to take the phone out of her pocket.
Nope, turns out I don't have youth group tonight. So I can be on for a while tonight.
"Revenge?" Namine repeat Smith words, pressing herself even further back against the door. No, this couldn't have been happening. Smith wasn't really dead, and now... Smith stayed silent, a smirk on his lips as he gazed at Namine. Oh yes, he was definitly going to get his revenge.
Cool. 8D At least I do have some good news now. I'm going to be home alone most of tonight.
Namine shook her head, repeating that last statement for Roxas' sake as well as her own. "Roxas killed you that night," she repeated, hesitantly looking at the man in front of her. How in the world was he back...? Smith laughed, the chuckles making the girl in front of him shudder in fright. "Your boyfriend didn't finish the job," he state with a grin, his eyes staying on Namine. "He came close, but now that I've had a while to recover, it's time I take my revenge."
Well, that obviously took a while. D8
Namine cringed slightly when she heard Roxas' voice, but she figured that the man was far away enough that he couldn't hear the voice. "You can't be here," Namine stated, a slight tremble in her voice as she focused her attention on the man at the end of her walkway. "Oh? And why's that?" Smith asked, starting up the path to Namine. He walked forward a few steps before stopping at the bottom of the stairs that led to the porch where Namine was standing. "Roxas killed you," she said simply, her eyes wide as she stared at Smith, the man who had verbally and physically abused her before.
Namine didn't respond, too surprised at this man's reaapearance to speak. She inhaled a breath and instinctivly took a step back, her back coming in contact with the door. She felt her cell phone in her back pocket, and she suddenly thought about calling Roxas. That was definitly the only option she had, really. If she ran, the man would definitly catch her. But if Roxas suddenly came.... Namine reached back carefully, working behind her back and speed-dialing Roxas' cell phone. "What's the matter, girl?" he pressed, his tone full of evilness and hatred. "Do I frighten you?"
I'm being forced to get off any second now, so I'll be back as soon as possible. Hopefully by then, the site will be normal again.
Namine felt panic rush to her heart, the girl recognizing that laugh. She had only heard it on one occassion before, and it was a day she couldn't forget, though she desperatly wanted to. Unable to stop herself, she turned around, seeing a man standing at the end of her walkway. He was dressed all in black, and he even had a hood up to cover his face. But Namine knew who he was anyway. "You..." Namine trailed off, her eyes wide in surprise and fear. The man grinned, and that expression showed slightly despite his hidden face. "Yes, me. Hey there, sweetheart. Did you miss me?"
Namine's eyes widened at the voice, and it took her a moment to place it. It did sound vaguely familiar but...no, that wasn't possible! There was only one other person she could think of who would be standing behind her at that moment, and she let his name leave her lips. "Jeff?" The man chuckled evilly, but it was not the laugh of the cocky football player. "Guess again, baby. Come on, don't tell me you've already forgotten about me."
Hey, I want to let you know that my mom needs to get on the computer this afternoon, probably for the length I estimated yesterday (30 mins to an...
Namine approached the door and stopped right in front of it, reaching into her jeans pocket for her house key. Okay, I'm home... she thought to herself, trying to chase away this odd feeling of fear. Just as she was about to pull the key out of her pocket, she heard a voice behind her, and it nearly made her jump out of her skin. "Hello Namine."
Yes, it is. The encounter itself will have to wait though; I'm really feeling exhausted, and I have to be awake for church tomorrow. So I'm off...
Namine walked quickly to her house, seeing it coming up. She found comfort in the fact that she was getting closer to home, and that nothing was happening. Despite what her mind seemed to tell her, her instincts were telling her that something was wrong. Something was terribly, terribly wrong. Should I call Roxas? the thought randomly entered her mind, and Namine pondered it for a moment. No; she didn't want to worry him if nothing was even wrong. But if there was something wrong, like she felt... She inhaled a breath, walking even faster as she turned and started up the walkway that lead to her house. OOC: I hate to say it, but I really do gotta go to bed. See you tomorrow!
Namine continued to head home, casually looking around her. There was nothing strange, so she figured that it was all just in her imagine. But, if it was just in her head, then why was she getting chills? It wasn't the night air, she had on a warm black jacket. No, there was this weird aura around her...one that reeked of evil intention. She couldn't mistake that, and it did make her feel very unnerved. She looked around again, but other than a few other people walking their own ways on the NYC sidewalks, there was nothing. Nonetheless, she picked up her pace, getting closer to home.
OOC: Time gap time. 8D Five Days Later... Namine exhaled softly as she brushed back some of her blonde hair, the strands coming in her face slightly as she headed home. It was evening now, turning into night as she went toward her house. She had spent the day at Roxas, and it had been nice. They hadn't done much, just enjoying each other's company, really. But Namine was perfectly fine with that. She looked up at the sky as she walked, noticing how dark it was suddenly become. Also...she got this weird feeling in her heart. It was almost as if she were being watched. However, she doubt that was an accurate feeling. After all, she had no enemies that would be watching her...right?
Okay, cool.
