Ever thought about buying an R4 Card?
There are some code managers made specifically for certain operating systems and you can also try and use other software rather then Dattel's code manager... but i wouldn't really use them since they suck aswell xD
When you try and load up the action replay codelist on your laptop is there an error message popping up? or is the code manager just closing or something like that?

Try updating to version 1.55 first because i was reading through the thread and it looks like version 1.71 does not work for you... If there is still a problem dont hesitsate to ask :D ( Why dont you use your own PC? xD )
Whenever i get a problem like this i just copy all my files to an external hardrive and reinstall Windows. I know its not a very effecient or hassle free way to fix your computer. But it does usually get rid of the problem and gets rid of all the junk in your computer. Im not saying go to this nor am i saying this is a good idea but if your not sure whats wrong "start fresh" xD

Ok then, By the way i think i have found the problem, you see the new updates for action replay (version 1.60 and 1.71) were never designed to work with old action replay cards. If you have a new card (version 1.60 or higher) you can update. If your action replay is version 1.52 and 1.54 you need to update to version 1.55 Version 1.55 is compatbile with all the new games including Pokemon Black & White. Link to Version 1.55 - http://datelcustomerservice.com/files/NDS-ARDS_firm_1_55.zip Once you have updated to version 1.55 your pokemon codes should start to work. Try this out and let me know if it works or not... Good Luck.

OK then, To find out the version of your action replay simply go to the home screen of the action replay and it should be displayed at the top left or right hand corner. Without knowing your version i cant tell you if the Codes will work on your action replay and DS (also have you got a DS lite or DSi ?)
