Sora blinked one time, focusing his sight on the hand on his chest. Out of the corner of his eye, he could see Kairi looking in that direction as well. He sighed faintly, knowing what he had to do. "I think we need to talk," he stated quietly.

They couldn't avoid talking about it forever...Sora recognized that. He didn't want to be the one to bring it up, but at the same time, he wasn't sure if Kairi would willingly talk about it. But they really need to discuss what happened....
Namine had fallen asleep in Roxas' arms after having the nightmare. Maybe we could skip ahead a little while, have them meet in the park for...
Sora nodded faintly, taking in Kairi's words. She said it was alright, and he believed her. Really, Kairi wouldn't lie over something so trivial. But then again, twenty-four hours ago, he hadn't thought she would lie to him at all. That had changed, circumstances turning them against each other for a little while. He winced faintly, a headache starting up at that very moment.

Ok, so what does this mean? After Sora and Kairi work things out, we're done?
Sora looked down at the hand on his chest, his faint smile growing at the sight. Her touch only made Sora feel more fortunate that he had this girl in his life. But, he did have one thing to say... "Sorry for leaving you awake by yourself for a little while," Sora said quietly. He did feel a little guilty for that, but at the same time, he knew he couldn't help it.
Not that I can think of...no.

Sora smiled faintly when he felt Kairi's head against his shoulder, and he brought her closer to him without thought. Having her in his arms felt so natural, and he was so glad to have her as a part of his life...no matter what.
Yeah, I think we should forget that idea. Maybe it would be better to not involve him at all...
Sora nodded faintly in agreement. Even though he did feel a little sick at that moment, it wasn't nearly as bad as it was earlier. At least he hadn't woken up covered in sweat this time...that was definitly one thing to be thankful for. Whatever was going on, he was sure he would recover from it...and hopefully soon.

Yuppers. Did you decide on what you want to do with Roxas? Should we even involve him?
Sora's faint smile reappeared at Kairi's greeting, and then softened at her question. He was still a little too groggy to tell, but he did feel a tiny bit better. "A little," he answered quietly, holding Kairi's gaze for the first time in a while.
Yeah, hopefully. That would really stink. =/
Sora suddenly felt embarrassed, not liking it when people saw him when he was tired. But Kairi had seen him groggy a lot, so he should have been used to it. And besides, if anyone was going to see him in such an embarrassing state, then Sora would have liked it to have been Kairi. Surely she didn't care if he was always groggy when he woke up; she had put up with him before, after all.
