Okay, hopefully! Bye.
Hearing nothing but Roxas' silence, Sora turned his gaze toward the girls once again. Without thought, he looked around them and the general area surrounding them. Of course there was no danger; it was the park, after all. But he couldn't stop being protective of Kairi even if he tried...and he didn't want to try. He was her protector, no matter what.
Aww, that doesn't give us much time at all. D8 Thursday I'll probably be busy...another game. Well, I'll let you know what's up when I know.
Hopefully she's not as bad as you think. =/ I gotta go now. I'm supposed to have a game tomorrow, but because of bad whether, I may not have...
Sora lowered his gaze, hearing Roxas' quiet words. As much as he did want to avoid the real problem, he also knew that they had to sort things out. If they didn't, well, things would never be right. Even if they put it behind them and just pretended things were fine, both girls would see through the act. They were both smart like that. "Right," Sora agreed softly, his eyes staying on the grass next to the path.
Hm, that's never good. D8 Just a heads up-- I gotta go in a few minutes.
Sora glanced at Roxas, seeing his eyebrows furrowed slightly. And then he looked away again, focusing on that tree. Roxas would probably speak again in a few moments, so Sora decided to just wait until that happened. After all, he had no clue what to say in this awkward, tense situation.
Another complication there? D8
There was a tree by the bench that the girls were on, and Sora focused his gaze on that, staring at it blankly. The silence between the two boys was so heavy now, and Sora was sure he wasn't the only one feeling it. After all, he and Roxas had a brother-like connection, and often times, they could sense what the other was thinking. Of course, anybody could sense what they were both thinking about at that moment.
Yeah, hopefully things'll work out well. =)
Sora inhaled a breath before releasing it, tension surrounding him again. He wasn't sure when things had changed, probably when he was deep in thought. But now that the air was so thick again, Sora knew he and Roxas had to speak about what really mattered at that moment.
That's so cute. =3 I guess just wait for the right moment to talk.
Sora let his eyes wander the area, making sure that there was no threat to Kairi or Namine. His eyes and facial expression were completely serious, the teen not taking their safety lightly. He never had, and he certainly wasn't going to start that nasty habit now.
Communication is key. And try not to do it through other friends, most guys like it when you're straight-forward.
Kairi meant everything to him, and if he had lost her...Sora swallowed at the thought, the teen surprised at the emotions that came up in his heart. He scoffed softly, trying to rid himself of those emotions. He had gotten over what had happened a long time ago...hadn't he? Then why were the emotions returning?
Oh dear, another twist. D8
Sora's smile faded completely as he reflected on what had happened. Kairi had been doing what she thought was best, under Roxas' supervision. The blond had come close to failing to protect her back in the warehouse, and that thought made Sora a bit more tense. Kairi was so important to him, and if she would have been hurt then, he would have been as well. She was a huge part of him, and no matter what, she always would be. Sora wasn't going to let go of her any time soon.
Lead Me To The Cross- Seventh Day Slumber
My goodness this is a complicated situation. xD
Most of the time, Sora and Kairi were on the same page. But that night had been the most drastic thing to happen within their relationship. Fate had tested them before, but this time, it was an action that Kairi took that made things a challenge. Did she mean to hurt him? No, of course not. That was just one unfortunate result of all that. But now that they were alright again, Sora was going to be sure that he knew if her opinion was different than his. He wasn't going to let her go behind his back again. He saw it as protecting both of them from emotional pain, and that was exactly how it worked.
