Sora silently exhaled, lowering his gaze to the floor again. He let his eyes close for a few moments, the teen hoping that would sooth his headache. But when it had no affect, he opened his eyes halfway again, gazing blankly at the floor. He had no idea how serious this sickness was. Would it kill him in the end? No, he wouldn't let that happen. He had survived the first attack, things only had to get better now. That was something he was sure of.

Sora looked up a little bit, seeing Kairi's thumb lightly stroking his hand. It was very soothing, though he had to acknowledge that he wasn't too comfortable sitting on the floor any more. He had been there for a while, and the fact that he was feeling sick only added some stiffness to his body.
Coolness. =) What movie are you seeing?
Sora's cheeks reddened slightly, even more than they already were from his sickness. He felt a little less pressure when Kairi's eyes left him. His smile started to soften, and he let his hand become still against the back of his head. His chuckles faded, and as the silence surrounded them again, he let his eyes fall to the floor.

Sora chuckled again, that being his response to Kairi's soft-spoken words. He wouldn't consider this as adorable, but he knew that Kairi thought he was cute when he was embarrassed. He ran his hand over the back of his head a few times, that sheepish smile still on his lips as he gazed up at Kairi.

A single chuckle left Sora's lips, showing even more the awkwardness he felt. Gosh, why did he have to be so easily embarrassed? His friends always teased him for that, and for good reason; he was very easily embarrassed. Even in an insignificant situaiton like this.

Sora held Kairi's gaze, noticing some concern in their depths. "Not really," Sora admitted honestly. "I'd rather stay with you." He was surprised that he was being so bold, not only at that moment, but all throughout the night. A sheepish smile started to appear on his lips, and he brought his free hand to the back of his head in slight embarrassment.

Sora blinked one time, feeling that bead of sweat slowly trickle down his face. Gosh, that was really annoying. It was distracting him, and that was the last thing he wanted at that moment.

Sora looked up more when Kairi kissed his forehead, and then once she backed away, his eyes wandered to her face again. His ocean-blue orbs connected with hers, and he allowed himself to stare into her eyes.
We can have it start at the park, and them maybe they can head to a carnival once the serious moments are over.
