Sora moved his gaze from Roxas to Kairi, seeing her standing nearby. "Stay with him," he told her through his heart. "I'll be behind you." He needed to take away the guard that was right by the door before he could go in with his friends.
Sora finished with the second man before turning back for the third. The moment he saw Roxas's facial expression, he approaching his friend. He put a hand on his shoulder and whispered in his ear. "One guard. Don't know where. Namine's in there. Go, I'll be behind you."
Me too. D8
Sora turned around in time to see Roxas and Kairi coming down the hall towards him. He made his Keyblades disappear before he turned away, and knelt down by one of the guards. He grunted and gripped his arm, pulling him around a corner. He knew nobody else was in the area, but if somebody came to Namine's room and saw the bodies, they would know something was wrong. He dragged the man's body around the corner and then went back for the second.
It's better now, I think. I hope it stays that way. xD
Three men in this hall. One of them would be standing right by Namine's door. The other two would be coming toward him from opposite directions. He had to wait till they were all close or else one of them would have time to call for backup. He peeked around one side and calculated the time it would take for them to be within his reach. 3....2...1...He ran out and knocked the two walking guards in the head before throwing his Keyblade at the doorman, stabbing him in the heart.
Ugh, site's lagging again. D8
Sora's Keyblade reappeared in his hand the moment before it would have clattered to the ground. This was so risky, but there was no other way to move. He stuffed the gadget into his pocket and summoned his other Keyblade, hurrying down this new hall. He memorized what was next, and he was ready for it. He didn't know what he was going to do exactly, but he knew what to expect this time.
;D Right. Um...Ross can drag Sora with him somehow to the other room and then hand him over to Black to hook up to the machine. I already have a...
Sora looked down at him as he walked past; the man hadn't had any chance to call anyone--he was sure of that. But he still had an uneasy feeling in his stomach. He felt like the security on this floor was heavier than what he had seen before. The boy approached the corner and peeked his head around, seeing another man coming towards him. Again, he was spotted. He moved into the open without care about vulnerability and threw his Keyblade again, knocking the second guard unconscious like the first. The guards were so close together, so Sora knew Namine was very close-by.
No, it only has to be silent so the others don't notice.
Sora hurried through the hall, his footsteps silent. And then, up ahead, he saw a man round the corner and into his hall. The guard saw them! Without thought, Sora chucked his Keyblade at him, hitting the man before he could summon the rest of the force. The teen rushed toward the guard, heart beating faster now. That was far too close for comfort.
Sure, that'll work.
Sora finished climbing the stairs and stopped at a door, labeled as the fifth floor. He checked that his friends were right behind him before he slowly opened the door. He was sure there was another guard nearby, according to the technology he held in his hand.
We'll go to the fifth floor where Namine is, knock out some goons on the way, and then get to her room. Roxas (or somebody) will notice the...
Sora moved up the stairs, looking at the device in his hand. The stairs for each level were in a staircase, so they'd skip right over the next few floors without having to worry about the guards. The fifth floor, though, was the one that they'd have to be careful on. He hurried along, looking around and gripping his Keyblade tightly as they ascended up the floors.
Me too. O.o But I still love Sora. xD
It was a schematic of the building. All the rooms were labeled and it showed where the guards were supposed to be. He touched the screen and scanned each floor. There; Namine was on the fifth floor. He turned the corner and saw his friends staring at him with curiosity. "Trust me," he mouthed to them both. Then he waved to them, telling them to follow him. In one hand, he held the phone, but in the other, he held the Kingdom Key. Their path was known now, but there would definitely be guards on the way.
Roxas may be my favorite KH character now. And our RPs have helped me feel that way, haha.
Sora held his breath, listening to the footsteps approaching. At the moment the man was one step away from rounding the corner, Sora rounded the corner and knocked the guard on the head with his weapon. The man slumped to the ground, unconscious. But that wasn't what interested Sora; it was something he had in his loose hand. He bent over and picked it up, inspecting it.
