Charlotte flipped off her TV after the screaming had ended. Her appetite was gone...gone with Grey Gooses ability to speak clearly. They'd fix him with a metal tongue that would move sluggishly for the rest of his life. If she had to fight him again....she'd kill him. He should've died in the fight, like a true man. Leaving her room, Charlotte walked slowly around the G Block, watching, listening...simply observing the other Deadmans. If they wanted to fight eachother....why couldn't they do it without involving others? "It's funny..." she spoke clearly to all the Deadmans in the hallway, "How you all watch the Penalty Game and still get something to eat. I suppose...it shouldn't be a shock that you're already used to it...the blood, the screams... Right, Mr. Wrong?" she rubbed her cheek against her stuffed bunny's ear.
Kiel gently squeezed her shoulders, "Alright...w-well, is there anything more we can do?" Kallai folded her arms, "Let's hear it. Your buisness...and about the ones who attacked you." Genesis struggled to move his legs forwards. Coming here was easier than leaving. "This is going to take forever...are you sure you don't think leaving without me is better? At this pace...it'll be morning tomorrow when we return."
car Nick sighed, "Alright, alright...we're almost there. See? There's the house. Alright, everyone clear? Ikuto, Sammy...best behavior, got it?" Ikuto lowered his head and Sammy raised both hands to the ceiling, "You got it!"
Cass watched as Helios and Xion moved to follow him. She did not feel the need to obey for introductions when she wasn't taking the classes. 'So this is how it will be...humans...no...angels that act like humans. Absolutely...no one like me.' Xion bit her lower lip, so much for a positive impression on Felicia. The girl was hell bent on befriending the rude boy and a tardy boy.
car Ikuto started stuttering and trying to make her stop talking. "H-hey...th-that's fine but...I...I'm not exactly..." Nick slammed on the brakes at a stop sign, "Who says Annie won?! I let her win. I made a mistake...and getting myself beat up was a problem. Letting her win was the only solution." Sammy started laughing after she recovered her face from the back of the seat. luin Nina turned away, "Th-that's fine by me..."
Cass' different colored eyes stared at him, even as he walked away, her voice carried well. "I am never mistaken. Roses of abnormal coloring are creations out of magic. Either that...or you traveled to Valhalla in a brief second and returned with a rose that is nearly impossible to find even there on it's shores of time...and I would've felt it if you had traveled there." "That's enough, Cass... Not everyone wants to explain and show off their powers to you." Cass' head turned slightly in Helios' direction, "I did not ask your opinion." Xion figited nervously, "Um...ah...p-please! I'm sorry! Cass isn't human...and...my brother's just...."
Kiel noticed her hesitiation and pressed a kiss to her forehead, her cheek, and her nose. "You don't have to say it right away. I'm not that greedy. I...didn't think you would hear me in the first place so I'm not going to push. After all we've only known each other for a few days. I'm glad at least...you're not rejecting me." Feeling foolish, Kiel lightly brushed a kiss across her lips. What else could he do. Embarassment, anxiety and slight disappointment rolled through him. She didn't say it...but she will. Right...Yves? Though the Seraphim didn't answer him, he felt slightly reassured as if the Seraph was standing beside him nodding his head in that arrogant way. Genesis held still, his cheek burned where she slapped him and his eyes were wide with shock. Cradling his cheek, he slowly turned back to her, "Ow..." he said plainly. "I may be an angel...but I'm still a guy...and that hurt. Alright...if you're so convinced Tori can help me...instead of confronting my own Seraph... I'll follow your lead. If you insist so much." He stood, using a great deal more energy than normally, "Giselle...thank you.... You could've left... I'm, uh...glad you didn't. But...did you really have to rip your dress?" Genesis picked up his sword and started back towards the school. He didn't realize he'd walked so much until the soles of his feet started aching. Kallai folded her six wings around her body like a shawl and listened to Kingsley. "I figured you would remember, Mr. Kingsley. Now...you'll be telling that little story to me instead of another student, even if she is your sister. Attacks on students are carried out only by foul creatures of the dark and it's the Archangel and Seraphim's jobs to rid the world of them. You understand...don't you, Mr. Kingsley?" The air around Kallai shimmered with heat and her normal green eyes came alive with flecks of blue that seemed to hold dolphin's breaching the surface of the ocean in them.
Xion stood quickly, brushing non-existant dust from her white dress. "Oh, I'm sorry...we're not exactly friends yet...but I hope to be. I'm Xion Rose. Um..." She glanced back at her brother, picking dirt off of the handle of the scythe, "You'll have to introduce yourself this time." Helios glanced up from his weapon cleaning and glowered silently at the boy and his sister. "Not interested." he said simply before turning to walk away. The scythe slipped from his grasp and hovered above the ground for a while before morphing into a small girl wearing a black cloak. Her different colored eyes stared unblinkingly at Felicia and the boy. "Cass...that's my name." she pointed at the still Helios. "Helios Rose...my Master. You are Seryk Thorne...and you created that rose...." she spoke bluntly, without emotion in her voice.
This one called her "pretty thing" he wasn't any different than the rest of the people outside. No matter how strange the blue haired boy calling himself Icarus and a fallen god was...she would earn her food for the day. Inching closer to him, she removed his hand from her shoulder and set it on her chest. "It's impossible to believe... Perhaps you should....assure me at least one of you is real. I don't...get many guests that are as handsome as you are." Letting go of the curtain around her, Clover placed a hand on his thigh. Still holding his hand to her chest, she bowed her head and licked his hand, nibbling lightly on his knuckles.
OOC: Accepted. Since day one, those lights had shone down on all their heads and the walls closed around them. No matter where they looked, they were met by judging eyes, mocking voices, and an iron fist of despairing blood baths. The lights flicked on, brightening the circular caged room with that single fake tree. Opening blue eyes slowly, Charlotte gripped her odd bunny tightly to her chest. Delicate black heeled shoes clicking on the ground as she moved forwards to meet her opponent. What was his name? Grey Goose? It was sad how she'd have to kill him to spare him the pain of living. "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! THANK YOU FOR COMING TO...CARNIVAL CORPSE! THE BATTLE BETWEEN DEADMANS, CARNIVAL CORPSE. THE RULES ARE THE SAME AS USUAL. IT CONTINUES UNTIL ONE SIDE CAN NO LONGER FIGHT OR DIES! NOW THEN...LET US INTRODUCE THE DEADMANS! THE VETEREN WITH THE BLACK CLAWS, CROW! AND OUR 13 YEAR OLD NEWCOMER, GREY GOOSE!" Grey Goose...was only a small boy accused of something awful. But Crow had done something worse. "I'll give you the best gift of all..." "As long as you die quickly!" the bunny in her arms spoke through it's razor sharp teeth and continued to grin at the boy. Brushing a hand across the rabbit's mouth, she pulled her hand away covered in blood. The blood swirled until it formed a five foot blade standing out from her palm. "READY.... DEADMANS FIGHT!" "Stand still now." Her black dress flapped around her legs as she ran towards the stunned boy and slashed through his leg. As the boy toppled over, Charlotte frowned down at him. "You were no fun... Too easy.." "AND THE BATTLE IS OVER! JUST LIKE THAT, CROW DOMINATES THE FIELD ONCE AGAIN!" It was only an hour later when Charlotte turned on the tv reluctantly. It was time... "Alright, it's time for the fun hour after the Carnival Corpse that everbody can't wait for...the Too Bad for the Loser Show!" Ms. Chiga stood before Grey Goose with her slot machine. "It's time to begin the Penalty Game." Grey Goose held a terrified expression on his face as the choices rolled around and around..."Stop..." Slowly...they lined up....TONGUE. "The tongue..." Ms. Chiga's face turned to one of expectation, joy and sexual desire as she prepared with a long pair of tonges in one hand, holding his tongue out of his mouth and a giant pair of shears. Slowly...she cut...tore...and ravaged the piece of meat until it flopped uselessly into a metal bucket.
Kiel felt warmth spread all through his body. "Tori..." He bent his entire body towards her. Penny watched her leave, his mouth still hanging open. What had just happened? Who was this guy to demand so much from Schuyler and her to obey without hesitation? Genesis shook his head, "No...if I go back now...I'll only be compelled to bring you back here. It's not going to stop. Taking a chance and saying Tori can help me...is a long shot.."
car Nick sighed, "Both of you really want me to break the law... Look, we're almost there already, just...grill Ikuto or something." Ikuto snarled and Sammy pulled on his hair, "That reminds me... Ikuto said he was hoping he'd find a mate here. Your sister...Serena, was it? Is she single?" Ikuto slowly turned a bright red. luin Nina scoffed, "I don't need your support."
Xion reached a hand down to Felicia, "Pleased to meet you. I'm Xion...and this..." Xion tapped a finger against the scythe resting on her neck, "This is my brother Helios and Cass, his weapon."
alright. They're good.
Xion's brown eyes flicked between the boys and the girl as they argued. She kept her distance and mearly frowned. That boy Heath had a chip on his shoulder and so did the other one. She padded up to the girl until her dress brushed against Felicia's legs. "That boy...he's your brother, right?" She glanced at Heath, "Hi...something tells me you're not the sociable type." Helios glowered at the people his sister had decided to speak to. How fun...socializing already. Cass morphed into a scythe and he curled it until the blade rested on his sister's neck. "Reaper's here...time to go."
not yet. It'll take a really long and detailed post to get the ball rolling, so I'm working on it, slowly. And I'm okay with the Allen...
Xion lightly touched down on the grass before their new school. Flying to school with her older brother was a nightmare...especially since Cass couldn't fly and he carried her around in a sword form. Cass....not exactly an angel...or a human...a being of something supernatural, but she only spoke to Helios. It wasn't like Xion was interested in Cass' words, but the instant connection between the two when they met was disturbing. Her brother had drifted further and further away from her since then. Brushing back her long brown hair, Xion turned her gaze to the school. Divided in half...she figured it was for some odd purpose. "Onee-chan, I'm going on ahead, okay?" Helios, despite himself, cradled Cass to his chest as he landed beside his sister. Younger than himself, Xion didn't understand much...especially about Cass. His world revolved around her...the girl who appeared to him out of nowhere and transformed into a scythe before his eyes, proclaiming she was his. Without a response to his sister, he watched her run ahead. The girl needed to stop living in her own fantasy world. Her dress didn't even have a back to it... What can I do...she's so willful. he thought. 'A good smack would wake her up. Perhaps you'd like me to be a hammer for a while to teach her a lesson?' His thoughts were never his own, but Helios didn't mind the company in his head.
"Lightning. It flashes bright, then fades away. It can't protect. It only destroys." Lightning shifted Leo on her back as he woke up, "You're awake...good. You took on that Crystal l'Cie like the end of the world...a foolish mistake, Leo. I thought Snow and I trained you better than that. Letting your emotions get the better of you. I've told you time and again...don't let your emotions cloud your head." Though she was scolding him, that gentle tone never left her voice. "We're going to Academia...my...memories are old and foggy...I don't know much about it but once we get there...I'm going to look for a place to rest up and some food for you all. After that...well that's my mission. You worry about getting strong again."
Kiel watched her walk away, quietly protesting under his breath. "I told you before that...I liked you...but...I was lying. I-I love you Tori... But who am I kidding...I shouldn't be saying those kinds of things when I'm not even sure if we're going to live through the school year." Penny's eyes widened when Schuyler kissed him. It was strange for a girl to affect him so. Was it...because she was an angel? No...there was so much more...but words to describe it just don't seem right. Relaxing, he held her to him. Genesis stared at his makeshift bandage. "A spell....Kyrios wants...you to give your energy to the Dark Court... He wants you to go to the Hotel...and be absorbed by the members.... I...I have no choice. What can...one angel do against a Seraph of the Dark Court? That's why...you go...back to the school. I'll handle this. I'll tell him all deals are off...just...so you don't have to experience that kind of torture."
car Sammy's eyes grew large as she listened to Vickie. "Ah, so...wow... Awesome! Hurry, Nick, I wanna see Vickie's creations!" Nick chuckled, "We'll get there when we get there. No rush. Unless they grow legs...or Annie really decides she hates me...they aren't going anywhere." Luin Nina met their eyes. Her bright red orbs stared blankly past their heads, "Because...you're no different than I am... You, too, were born like this...half Vampire...half human. Just because I was born all Vampire doesn't mean...our views are any different. Vampires that are bitten and change and become terrible people...don't deserve to live in this world. And Vampires that are purebloods...and are terrible people like the Balmores... don't deserve to live in our world. Even...if our law dictates that I should be put to death if I kill another Pureblood...I'll kill them...because what they are doing is wrong."
